Service was very slow. Took a half hour to get drinks. Wonderful menu but the etouffe I ordered was almost indelible it was so salty. My friend enjoyed the halibut but said it was overcooked. My friend got the gluten free lobster pasta forc$65.00 and said it was average. Patio is beautiful but the noise of tbe traffic is distracting. Had to swat flies too

I came to celebrate my birthday & not one staff member that worked with us, acknowledged that in any way. Not a happy birthday, not a "Oh what brings you guys in today?" She hadn't even asked if I'd been before. Our server didn't explain the menu dishes or anything. Reservation was for 9PM & we did not get water for a half hour. We asked multiple times, multiple staff members for water before finally getting it. Our table was only set for 2 when the reservation was made for 3 people & kept having to ask for an extra plate, an extra fork, etc. Out server didn't come to check on us until about 20 minutes after our food came out, and overall it just seemed as if she didn't care to be there. She just seemed checked out. She literally didn't even smile the entire night. I'm not even sure she told us get name. Drinks were tasty, food was tasty, ambience was BEAUTIFUL. But with the service I experienced there is nothing special and far below my expectations. I regret this poor choice of a birthday celebration.

The food and service were wonderful for our party of four. However, be aware that a 20% gratuity is included in the total. We ended up tipping an extra $74, which I did not see until a day later. There was no way to discuss this charge while it was pending on my charge card, their voicemail was full and they do not answer the phone. I tried sending a message through their website, no response. Way down at the bottom of the website, mixed in with logos of their other brands was a small note about the gratuity being included on the checks. I am sure we are not the first person this has happened to, but of course no one brought it to our attention when we were presented with the check. They could have pointed out that we were tipping over 40%, which probably would have been unusual. Live and learn, since it was our error for not reading the fine print.

Food was really good, made up for the poor to average service. Our waiter wasn’t very personable or friendly. They also seemed to be under staffed. My wife noticed that there was lip print on her water glass. I was also surprised to see when the bill came that a double shot of Addictivo was the cost of the bottle. The food was worth it though- beef tips were very tender. Salmon bites and shrimp were very good. And the lobster pasta was perfect.

Exquisite! This is a hidden gem. I was a bit nervous about the neighborhood as it is off the beaten path but this is a phenomenal restaurant. Some of the best calimari I've ever eaten. Enjoyed a spicy chicken pasta and lasagna. Fantastic! Service was 5 star. Our server Rico did a fantastic job and the young bus help were attentive and alert. They have all been trained very well! The ambience is elegant, sophisticated and just a pleasure to be there. This is how dining is meant to be!

It was lovely! My pasta was great. I didn’t know I would only receive 5 pieces of small shrimps for $10 or $12 but it was still good.

My wife and I were with another couple for brunch after church. Food was excellent, but the service was a bit lacking. There seemed to be some confusion as to who was covering our table initially. Our server admitted she was relatively new. Coffee was served lukewarm as was an espresso. Our meals were delivered promptly, though a request for tomatoes instead of potatoes did not get fulfilled initially. The staff corrected it quickly. While the service wasn't quite up to what we would have expected, we'd go back as the food was wonderful.
