We got there, and they sat us next to where everyone was doing a happy hour. A million other tables open in the restaurant and they sat us next to what I would call a grown frat boy happy hour. We asked to move, and they finally did. The service was super slow. I’ve been here before and had great service and food, but last night was a huge miss.
as we are sure you know, you are short staffed. we realize this is an industry-wide problem. still, our service was quite slow and we rated it such.
The experience was first class; great food and thoroughly entertaining service from young Taji.

The octopus was really good. You can’t go wrong with the sea bass. We tried a to of appetizers. All of them were tasty.
This is the best example of elevated Greek cuisine that you really won't see/ taste outside. Chef Pano's food is delicious, so worth it.
This place was great. A little bit out of my comfort zone, as I’m not much of a seafood person, but they helped guide me through the menu. I ended up getting an Arctic char, and it was phenomenally prepared. Greek cheese and spanakopita is also a must-get. If you’re a fresh fish fan, you will not be disappointed. The service, the ambiance, and the extensive wine menu are great focal points to this place.
Red snapper was excellent. Service was attentive. Everything was delish.
Use to be our favorite upscale dining…. Not so much anymore.
We had a fantastic dinner for my husband’s birthday! It was our first visit but we definitely plan on being regulars at this restaurant! Everything was delicious -Appetizers, Main courses & dessert!!!
Usually love Kyma and the exceptional service. Giving grace due to the pandemic server shortage, but this was a sub-par experience.
We were seated, and waited over 10 minutes with no server attention, finally flagging down someone to ask for water. After almost 20 more minutes, our party had to ask the bus boy to flag down the waiter so we could order. We were there over for 3 hours, and not because we were slow or holding the table.
Our food did not all come out as ordered, and we had to send the steak back.
We said we were celebrating a birthday, and ordered dessert, but it was served with no candle.
Overall a disappointing experience.
The server was nice but the deck was stacked against her. Took 3 menus before we had the one they were using that night. Served room temperature white wine and they knew the fridge wasn’t working “but sometimes they’re actually cold when they come from the back”. Served entree before all apps delivered. Tried to use some touch less bill. After3 unsuccessful attempts of them making correct adjustments to the bill in the system we insisted on paper bills for us to hand a credit card for. Settee I was sitting on had rips in it. No toilet paper or lights in one bathroom stall. Literally pitch black. Buck head life group use to be the thing. Boy have they fallen!
First visit back since Covid. Sorry to say disappointed. Food portions smaller ...same pricing, food was good, not great, service is what really hurt.
Used to be so professional, timely, concerned. Felt neglected. Looking for folks to fill glasses.

My husband and I decided to try this restarting for date night. The food was impeccable! I love that the restaurant had a separate vegan and vegetarian menu! My husband had the lamb chops with Greek fries. We both shared the pita bread with olive spread for an appetizer. I decided to get a few appetizers (Tuscan kale, lemon potatoes, and brussel sprouts). We both order the Athena’s Secret cocktail (pomegranate vodka, pineapple, and pomegranate). Along with the amazing food the decorations were beautiful! Our waitress Phacharawat was very nice and super helpful. This by far was the best restaurant experience we’ve had!
Another unforgettable experience with our friends at Kyma! Chef Pano, Fatima, and Atlanta's best server Andrew. Can't wait to return.
Food was not hot and salmon was cooked medium rare versus medium well.

Had heard about Kyma for years. Finally went and was wowed! It was fantastic from appetizers to whole fish to dessert. Excellent and delicious! Our service was so good and our server made some wonderful recommendations that were on point.
Dover sole was as delicious as ever. Never a disappointment.
The setting is great and the employees are very well trained in gracious service and interaction w/the guests. The service, while gracious, was slow. We were there for almost 2 hours when I felt we should have been only 1 hour. The food was well prepared and very tasty. However, they charged $3.50 for a cup of coffee that was very bitter and almost cold!
As always, the food and service were excellent. Glad to see my favorites are still on the menu, and I did try a few new items that I liked a lot.
The sea bass is amazing! The service was good. . I love the fried cheese appetizer.
We shared the 4 assorted spreads, and nightly special - 4 appetizers then also shared salt crusted lavraki but honestly the appetizers were so over the top amazing that the fish seemed anticlimactic in comparison-delicious though! We had the baklava for dessert which was incredible! Our server was great!
I don’t write reviews often but had an awful experience last night at Kyma. It was pouring rain and instead of sitting us inside, we got sat outside in their covered tent. Which would have been fine but the covered patio was leaking water so bad my friends pants were soaked. There was only one other couple outside as well, and it felt like the server completely forgot about us since there was a large party inside. Drinks and appetizers took forever and they weren’t kidding when they say the small plates were “small”. We ended up leaving to have dinner down the road because we were cold and tired of waiting for our server to check on us. I get it, things happen. But no one even apologized that our drinks and food were running on 30+ minute ticket time. Or the fact they couldn’t accommodate a dry space inside. Will not be back.

Great experience A-Z as always. Love the ambiance and the food, especially the “bbf” lamb pie appetizer.
First and foremost I regularly dine at Kyma. Last evening I ordered two 2 lbs fish that was quite costly. I asked that the remainder of the two fish that had not been eaten be packed to go. When I arrived home I saw that neither of the fish heads were packed. At no time did I say I did not want the two heads.
I saved the heads and the remainder of the fish dishes to dine at home later. I was charged for the total weight of the two fish, approximately 4 pounds…I am highly disappointed that my entree left overs were not packed to my satisfaction and a staff member may an assumption that I did not want parts of the two fish that I paid for. So disappointed.

The entire restaurant felt like it’s on the verge of closing. Confused staff, slow service, only one bartender, 6 bad oysters, tired decor, lightbulbs out, stained carpet. We will not go back which makes us sad as we used to love Kyma!
Great dinner out, understaffed, but feel like every restaurant is and our server was great!
We booked on Open Table and were offered Bar or Outside. We don't mind eating at the bar, so that's what we picked. We were placed at a table in the bar area and it became apparent that we were in no man's land. The very busy bartender (not her fault) took our first drink order 10 minutes after arrival. Once we got our drinks, we didn't see her again until 30 minutes later. A passing waiter asked if we'd been helped and we gave him our app order but it took a while to arrive. We asked for a wine list,
took 10 minutes to get one and then, no one available to discuss which bottle to get.
He finally came back, offered a glass suggestion and said he's send over a taste. That never happened. The food was great but when you're the only couple at the tables,
someone should decide we "belong" to them and be responsible for all of our orders.
I won't book that option again.
We were celebrating our 21st anniversary. We have been to Kyma many times and the food is always wonderful. The service always has been great as well, but due to Covid, there were people working who are not trained and it seriously affected the experience.
We were not the only table having issues. One couple near us got up and left. Our server and one of the bar staff took responsibility for our situation (which we appreciated), but it was nevertheless a sham Olin evening. Also, they offered to comp a couple items and then billed them. They were apologetic again when we pointed this out, but only fixed half the issue. We just paid and left because we were tired. Everyone was friendly about the situation- good intentions in a different scenario, and we have adjusted our expectations during the pandemic, but literally every step had an issue (time, drinks, food arriving before wine, other people’s orders brought to us multiple times, etc.). I felt a manager should have gotten involved at some point. We would go back, but probably not for some time.
We had a great dinner!! Food was excellent and Silvia was very amiable and very efficient; she made our dinner very pleasant!!
The lighting was not bright enough in the dining area, having to take out a cell phone to view the menu brought about unpleasant stares.
Overall, the food was extremely delicious and the drinks were perfectly blended.
I deleted a star for not having adequate lighting!!
Two of our party were celebrating birthdays.
We went for a cute birthday date. Kyma is not over the top fine dining but definitely not a casual space. I felt like I was among a sophisticated crowd and we did enjoy the ambiance and music chosen for the evening. Beautiful Mediterranean decor.
