It's hard to rate a Mother's Day visit, as we usually have a better experience. Sadly, they were out of Octopus (one main reason to come here), and the season just ended on May 1 for Stone Crab Claws, but the claws were still on the menu. They were also out of her favorite wine, and we had to substitute, but they gave us 1/2 price on the wine to compensate. Also, they comped us the special dessert - lava cake, which was dry and had no lava. They were also out of chocolate to make a chocolate martini - my wife's favorite after-dinner dessert. They apologized and tried to make it right, so I gave them extra points for offering before I asked. We will continue to dine here, but maybe skip Mother's Day next year.

Wonderful evening at Kyma! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Shout out to Rudy, our waiter who was personable and provided wonderful service. We shared the dolmas and cheese appetizers, along with the delicious spreads. We shared the sea bass for dinner. Dessert included baklava. I can’t say enough about our experience! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

What an evening! Had this been my first time to Kyma, I would never return. Unfortunately, it was my children's first time and it was a debacle. We arrived promptly for our 6:30PM reservation and were not seated until 7:15PM.

We have been here before...twice actually. Both of our previous experiences were great, this is why we made the decision to do Mother's day here. The menu has changed since the last time that we were here. It's a bit more confusing, especially when they list entries for two people, but charge per person. The only ribeye steak on the menu was one such item. 22 Oz ribeye for 2, $42.00 per person. We were a little confused. Do we get two plates? Do we just both eat from the one plate? We asked our waitress if we could get two 11oz steaks on separate plates. We were willing to pay the $42.00 per person for two 11 oz steaks. We ordered it medium. They delivered one 22 ounce steak on one plate and it was RARE. I wasn't going to complain about it, but as soon as our waitress saw the displeasure in my face, she automatically brought the manager to our table who was very accommodating. I ended up just ordering another 22 Oz steak and fully expected to pay $84.00 per person as we ended up ordering TWO of their $42.00 per person 2 people steaks...but The manager ended up giving us both steaks complimentary, 1 because neither steak was cooked to our specifications. As I said before, we ordered medium. The first one was rare and the second one was medium well. I chalked it up to it being Mother's day and them being EXTRA busy! They met us at the door with complimentary glasses of champagne and a rose for my wife. Even though this experience wasn't "ideal", the staff made the best out of a less than ideal situation. I tipped my waitress generously, and we WILL be back again!

Mother’s Day meal was outstanding! Octopus, scallop, lamb pie appetizers were amazing! Entrees were perfect and service was excellent. Consistently the best and our favorite.

The food was amazing, and really interesting menu. Some of the best seafood we've ever had. Unfortunately the dishes took ages to come out. We ordered both our courses within ten minutes of being seated, but the lunch took almost two hours.
