    Fantastic service, our server was knowledgeable about every aspect of the menu and very helpful. Food was great with nice portions, one of our better dining experiences in a wile.

    3 of us were here for lunch during Burger Week. The place was super crowded, and so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation. The burger was delish!! Fries, too!! BUT…amazing that such a popular restaurant doesn’t have brewed ice tea (so no difference in taste than water)…and really unbelievable that they don’t offer sugar packets…what??? Our waitress offered to bring simple syrup :/ A HUGE COMPLIMENT to the wait staff: Although the restaurant seemed to be under-staffed…they were STELLAR!!!!!

    Our party of 6 had a great time! We were early for our reservations and Cam,the mgr, made sure we had a table outside where we could enjoy drinks and appetizers while we waited. Our server, Justice, also was wonderful. Our food was delicious and prompt. Overall a really enjoyable evening with superb customer service. Thank you

    Love dining at Krueger's! The staff and the manager are always awesome. Hands down the best burger in Cincinnati. Also, highly recommend the veggie burger!!

    Overall, I love Krueger‘s. Probably the worst meal that I had.. Maybe a bad night.. we will be back but not their “A” game tonight…

    The best veggie burger I have ever had. The rest of the table got regular burgers and everyone loved them. Definitely recommend this place

    Actually I was sat down really fast even took my order but after that no more service for over 45 minutes im starting to think dining in OTR isn’t for black people and it’s sad but the service shows

    Our server was great! She gave my friend (who was not from Cinci) a few tips on which beer to choose. Our meals were delicious and we shared a side. Thanks for a great experience. The music was a little loud, but that's it.
