   This was our first time here and it will also be our last! Loud, crowded, warm room. We could barely hear our waiter give us the specials between him whipping the sweat from his face and the noise. He barely attended to us and took forever to take our order. Of steak was warm at best and average in quality.

   We celebrated our 35th anniversary at Kreis Steakhouse and were disappointed with the atmosphere and service. We sat for long periods of time with no service. The waiter comped a glass of wine and apologized without us having to say anything. I don’t believe this is the norm and was unfortunate for our first dining experience there. I believe if the food had been warm it would have been good. The main dining room is in the basement and feels dated. A ceiling spotlight shined in my face throughout the meal. The women’s bathroom floor was sticky, was out of toilet paper and needs repair. I feel bad for the waiter who appeared overwhelmed but we shouldn’t be charged top dollar for this.

   Our first time dining here. I brought my daughter for her birthday, and Maz made the experience unforgettable. I've dined at many fine restaurants and I have to say that from the chef to the servers make Kreis' a five-star fine dining experience. Maz made us feel like royalty and we left feeling we not only have a favorite restaurant, we found new friends.

   As always the food is delicious, especially the filet and strip steak. Spinach side dish is also wonderful. Plus excellent service!

   The Kreiss never disappoints. I travel extensively all over the US, I challenge anyone to find a better establishment than this restaurant.

   Table was not ready at time of reservation. Food took a long time to be served. But nevertheless, it was good.

   Great food. Service was incredibly slow. Never asked us if we wanted dessert. Just sat there for 25 minutes after eating without the waiter returning.

    The steaks were top tier! Ambience is classic steak house with high level service. Sides and apps were fine, not.mind blowing...but definitely worth a revisit for the steaks.
