Permanently Closed - Kopapa is an all day restaurant located in Seven Dials, Covent Garden and is the second London offering from world-renowned chef Peter Gordon, co-founder of The Providores & Tapa Room in Marylebone Village. If you are not expecting a special menu or ambience, you'll be fine. Good salads, good steak, small but good halibut. The service is not brilliant but the attendants are nice enough to compensate the faults such as the sweetener that arrives when the espresso is already getting cold. The place has nothing special - it is even a bit too noisy, for the day we had lunch there there were a small kid using his lungs at full. What was really good was the dessert: a passion fruit creme bruiée.

This is not as described! Just some tables on the pavement outside. Food was very good although choice limited.

Have now been here for brunch and dinner. Brunch is a bit more their specialty, but the dinner offerings were very good. Think Tapas style Modern European. With some Asian influences. Good portion sizes, and great flavors. Would go back!!

Thus restaurant is way overpriced. Quantities are tiny tiny. The main course for £22 is great if you are on a diet. As I was not, I had no other choice but to order a desert. The next morning, I had lost £40 and 0.5kg.

The food was exceptional again! The service was spot on. Only criticism is that the tables are too squashed together :(

always a friendly and buzzy atmosphere. Food tasty with good range of options. I've experienced Kopapa for brunch, evening meals and just popping in for a coffee/wine and have enjoyed myself as have my eating partners. Service again very friendly and helpful.

Went for brunch Sunday, booked ahead, good thing as there was a crowd of 10-15 people waiting for empty places. Got right in, excellent food, friendly service, acoustics of a very small bathroom (it was LOUD), but great fun. Felt good all day afterward.

Booked a table for a last minute birthday dinner. Good food and variety. Well presented and mostly delicious. But would recommend this for more light bites rather than a filling dinner experience. Had a rather anxious waitress who was so concerned about the timing of our food coming out that she paid no attention to advising of specials/portion sizes etc when we asked, which became a bit annoying after the third time being told about it. But to her credit the food did come out at the times she said they would! I'd go back again.
