It was fantastic from start to finish! They had a wonderful Valentines menu, which was delicious, and our server Sindi was outstanding. We were unfortunately late, and stayed after the closing time but they never rushed us and made our evening very special. We will definitely be back.

1st time at Kona Jacks and I will be back. Food and service was great. There are plenty of food options on the menu, and I decided to try the swordfish. We also tried Sushi and we loved the freshness of everything we ate.

Excellent waiter... made the experience very good. Prices were a bit high for the quality of Sushi we had, but we would return. Several of the Sushi rolls we had with our group were deconstructed. Very interesting way to serve the dish. Hoosier roll and Spyder rolls were our favorites. Plum wine was $29 for a bottle... it’s a $6.50 per bottle wine. Good, but overpriced. We’d return though.

Seafood lovers: get in your car now and drive to Kona Jack’s! You won’t be disappointed! Absolutely delicious! Each dish was creative, flavorful, unique, and filling! I especially loved the lalo miso soup: their take on the classic miso soup. It was inspired. I could go back just for that. It is a must-order. The herb bread they serve with macadamia nut butter is to die for. With the combination of the butter it is like pesto in bread form. Definitely get the lemon glaze cake for dessert! It is unassuming at first, but at first bite, you will taste such sweet, moist cake that will widen your eyes and curve your lips into the biggest smile. The service was absolutely extraordinary! Our server was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and had absolutely perfect timing with check-ins and refills. The only things I’d say that were the slightest negative is the pot stickers were just a tiny bit over-fried and some of the fountain drinks were slightly flat. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes seafood!!

Kona Jack's is one of my favorite place to go. Their clam chowder is the best I have found in Indy. Service is always quick, easy to work with and very accommodating. Whether you are having a night out with the someone special or have a crowed of friends, Kona Jacks is a great place to go.

I love love love the food here, and the cocktails are nice too. They have a diverse menu (assuming you like seafood) and the sushi rolls are inventive and tasty. My only complaint is the service on our last 2 visits has been very slow. We have to ask for refills/bread more than once and it takes a long time to place orders. I think the servers may have too many tables? On our visit this weekend servers repeatedly walk through the dinning room complaining about their tables.

I like that it's family friendly - it's a great place to get my sushi fix with a toddler in tow. My only growing concern in recommending this place to friends is the service.

I have been to a lot of upscale restaurants in the US and a few around the world, and I have never had better King Salmon than I had at Kona the other evening. It was the tastiest and freshest I've ever had and was properly prepared. It was phenomenal.
