The food was good, and the prices of the happy hour were great, but the service was poor. It started wrong when we requested a table in the "terrace" area since we saw that 2 were open but required cleaning... and they did not accommodate our request. Inside is very dark and the AC is at the max, so it's really cold, the service was slow, especially for the drinks, we lost the last 20 minutes of happy hour. I won't not recommend the place or come back again.

We are a bit hard to please and I am happy to say that we had a wonderful experience at Kona Grill. The food was divine! I had shrimp tacos & sushi (shrimp & lobster). Our server Grace was the BEST EVER! We cannot wait to return.

Food was good but pricey. Waitress was NOT nice and although I had sent a special request along with my reservation, there was no consideration nor patience regarding my gluten allergy.

It has been a while. Service was great. The outside patio gave a lovely ambiance. The food was delicious. The happy hour menu is worth going back for.

Really surprised that the quality of food has gone down drastically yet the prices have skyrocketed. I used to love coming here but not sure my family and I will return.

It was extremely hot, uncomfortable and we asked them to lower the air. We did not get our food for over an hour and the place was empty on a Sunday evening. Food VERY EXPENSIVE. Like $40 for fish and chips……really? It is ok if the food is expensive if it is worth the price. I had salmon which was tasty but not worth it.

This place has gone down hill. Prices are high, food is mediocre at best. The vibe in there is dark, cluttered, and feels like everything is dirty. The tables need replacing …. They’ve seen better days. Service was okay. It felt like we weren’t welcomed

My children tool me here for father's day brunch. We had a great experience. Great customer service, food was good and our waiter treated us good.
