   Salmon tasted great but was very dry. Rice was cold. Expresso Martini was the smallest drink for an extremely high price. Service was ok but waited forever for our drinks and food. Probably won’t be going back for a long time

   Worst Holiday dinner dining experience of my life! Embarrassing to have hosted friends to this establishment. Background music was annoying and highly inappropriate. Responsible management for the evening prep should be delt with accordingly. Loss of $300 and waste of time.

   To pay $46 for a horrible prime rib was ridiculous. Burgers were good but overpriced . Took my mom for lunch from her nursing home and she said her prime rib at nursing home was better. Disappointed but Nathan did a great job.

   Had 7:30 p.m. reservations and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. One hour later, we were seated in a section that had no wait staff. Finally, a waitress from another section noticed us and took our order. Our bill came to $500 for food and drinks. Our experience certainly was not worth that!

   Reservation was at 7:30, seated on time but did not receive drinks until an hour later. Our appetizer was delivered after our main course. Food was poorly plated but tasted ok. Cost did not match the value in my opinion. Server was very nice and did her best.

   Christmas Eve was not a good night to go here. I get it, it's a crazy night for restaurants. We had a 7:30 reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes to be sat. The kitchen was backed up, the hostesses were never at the host stand. We never once saw a manager. The restaurant was filthy and the food was just ok. Usually Kona is good but I would not recommend going for Christmas Eve.

   We waited a long time for food that was very expensive, and very small portion sizes. This will be the first and last time we go out to dinner on Christmas Eve. The sides were not offered to us (were they included? Weren’t they included, who knows? I was starving by the time we got our food at 9 pm (reservations at 7) needless to say I got a piece of fish barely 3 ounces with a few stalks of asparagus which I hate.

   Waiter Nate was phenomenal on a difficult Christmas Eve night.

   Having a limited menu without notice was very disappointing. We chose Kona because of a gluten and dairy allergy and for sushi. Only having 6 rolls on the menu, all of which either were not gluten free or had dairy. Terribly disappointing.

    Tuna tartare and sushi were great! Appetizers and drinks came out quickly. We ordered our meal and waited 40 minutes for our food only to find out that my prime rib was dry. Lady at our table ordered lobster Mac and cheese because it was on the menu and our server told us there was no lobster today as he was delivering our food. The old fashioned has cubes of ice. If I pay $15 for an old fashioned it should come with a large cube of ice or a sphere. The dining experience did not match the ambience.
