Opened late , no bacon for the bloody marys at a cost of 18.00 each. Waitress return to say they didn’t have all the ingredient for my meal and I needed to select something else from the menu. Then we arrived home to find that they marked up a no show after spending 98.00 for lunch for 2 people. Called the manager who refused to help resolve the issue with a no show !! Last meal there for us.

The main entrees were good. The sushi roll was really good. The bento boxes were a hit with the kids. The best part was how nice the server was!

The food was amazing as always. I live Kona Grill. I must compliment our server Kirk has he provided excellent customer service with engagement and professionalism. He made this experience even more outstanding.

Our meal was amazing! We ordered the macadamia encrusted chicken. It was so delicious. The potatoes and green beans are prepared so wonderfully! The sauces taste great too. Our server, Arturo, was the best and was very helpful. I recommend this restaurant.

Restaurant quality has deteriorated in the last 6 months. Not well kept. Bathrooms were filthy. CHECK YOUR BILL. One person ordered a $30 dish and they billed us a $60 dish. Waiter was pushy and kept trying to upsell us bottled water. Food quality was awful. Silverware was dirty and the water glasses had a strange odor. Strong "avoid" for the place until they get their act together.

Outstanding patio and really good food. We love catching Happy Hour then shopping at Northpark. Great service from Kaley tonight

Not a good experience - way too pricey - service was poor as well - maybe it was an off day but the prices have sky rocketed - won’t be going back

We had a wonderful late night meal at Kona Dallas. They have a happy hour menu that always has some delicious items. We got the chicken satay and the crunchy crab rolls. Both were freshly prepared and tasted great! Our server, Tiffani Anne, was so efficient and really took care of us! She was delightful! We suggest that a raise is in order here! 😀 All in all we had a great time!

We love the sushi at Kona Grill. Our server Cameron was excellent. Great guy with friendly service. We love shopping or seeing a movie at Northpark then eating here after. Also the food at Happy Hour is an excellent value.
