   Completely overbooked for Mothers Day. Removed brunch menu by12:15pm. Entire visit was less than.

   We went for Mother’s Day brunch and the restaurant was overwhelmed by the busy morning. Our server did her absolute best but the bar was backed up so badly that a mimosa arrived after the food. And it was supposed to be a bottomless mimosa situation but a second one never arrived. One of our party ordered coffee and the server told us they were out of coffee cups and she would try her best but it was never delivered. The prime rib was overcooked and under seasoned and served with sad mashed potatoes. We also had sushi and wagyu fried rice and these were good dishes.

   The brunch they offered was worse than McDonalds food and they ran out of food. They charged $49 per person and we had to get management involved to lower the bill. The server was nice about everything but the Kona Grill management/ operation/ kitchen was a disaster.

   Im not normally one to leave a review but our experience today was laughably terrible. We went for mothers day brunch and everything was a disaster from the long wait times for drinks/food, our food being cold, the food being cheap hotel quality despite having a $50 price tag, everyones food coming out with missing items, and our bill being screwed up and having to ask multiple people for assistance to get it fixed. Our server was lovely and made things right in the end but I genuinely feel bad for the servers, as few of the issues fell on them.

   Bit of a wait for food if going on a Saturday around brunch time. Burgers are pink so ask for well done if you like them cooked all the way through.

   Had surf and turf. Shrimp and ny strip. Was very good. Wife had macadamia chicken. Was also very good. Not what we expected at all. Overall pricey at 150 for 2 but very good. Nice for a once a year type spot for date night.

   I wouldn’t say I frequent Kona but I am definitely a repeat customer and our last experience was certainly less than ideal. Poor service, lukewarm food, and an inflated price point (given the lack of quality), to name a few detractors. It seems to have gone downhill in recent years and it’s rather disappointing.

   Food was good. While our waitress was very nice, the service was pretty slow. Would go back though.

    Dinner at Kona Grill was great. The food was excellent and management was very welcoming. Everything came out at the perfect time. We went on a date night and I never felt rushed or like I was sitting for too long. It was great! The chocolate brownie and ice cream is my favorite dessert! The potstickers were good and the sushi was excellent. Over a really great experience !
