   The food was great. The service was below average, and I didn't feel the waitress was pleasant or tenative. It wasn't busy, and the server seemed put out to do her job. I have had wonderful experiences at Kona, and she may have had off day, but I would leave before i let her serve me again.

   Limited menu for Mother’s Day Service was extremely bad Food was cold when it arrived Seating was uncomfortable, had to slide your butt between the tables to get to the booth, disrupting the people beside you Overpriced for very small portions 2/3 times I’ve been here it’s been bad, I don’t think I will try again

   My wife and I had been to Kona Grill once prior and the food was excellent. My wife specifically asked we go back for her Mother’s Day dinner because the pasta she had the initial visit was so good. Upon this second visit, and initially looking at the menu, we quickly realized it was much more limited and did not have the pasta she was hoping to have again. We asked our waitress and she noted that on major holidays they purposely limit the menu to make things easier on the kitchen; I’m assuming because they anticipate many more customers. While a bit disappointed, we aren’t high maintenance people, so we decided to just have some pot stickers and we each ordered a burger. This is where it went bad. The pot stickers came out almost immediately, and tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer for a very long time/not fresh. The burger, for both of us, might have been the worst burger I have ever had in my life. The bun was extremely dry, meet tasted low quality. Zero flavor. For all of this, a beer, and the tip, it was over $100. I have never felt so cheated after a meal in my life.

   First off, they tried to seat us (a party of five that included an infant in a car seat) at their half bench booth, half chair tables. The hostess said they usually seat three on the booth side. Keep in mind, we have an infant and this was not going to work. We had to beg for a different table. They had a Mother's Day menu, and it was very limited. No kids menu on Mother's Day either. Had to ask for drink refills every time and it seemed as if they had their "B" team wait staff. I've been here many times, and for the price, I expect more. I'm not sure if I will ever come back based off this one experience.

   5 people = $300.00! 5 drinks, and 5 average meals. Extremely loud - had to yell at each other just hear ourselves. Slow service, sticky table. Not trying this place again - done with the Kona Grill.

   My family has been here several times over the years and we're always happy to be there. Great food, drinks, and service with good atmosphere and seeing everyone around us also having a good time.

   Completely overbooked for Mothers Day. Removed brunch menu by12:15pm. Entire visit was less than.

   We went for Mother’s Day brunch and the restaurant was overwhelmed by the busy morning. Our server did her absolute best but the bar was backed up so badly that a mimosa arrived after the food. And it was supposed to be a bottomless mimosa situation but a second one never arrived. One of our party ordered coffee and the server told us they were out of coffee cups and she would try her best but it was never delivered. The prime rib was overcooked and under seasoned and served with sad mashed potatoes. We also had sushi and wagyu fried rice and these were good dishes.

   The brunch they offered was worse than McDonalds food and they ran out of food. They charged $49 per person and we had to get management involved to lower the bill. The server was nice about everything but the Kona Grill management/ operation/ kitchen was a disaster.

    I made reservations but was asked to sit at a bar top instead because of their overbooking and told that if I wanted a regular table I would have to wait. Then our order took over an hour during which time our water was never refilled nor were we given any sort of update or acknowledgement. When the food finally arrived it was cold and not exactly what we ordered and mine was missing parts of the meal. Overall this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed by what appears to be mismanagement of the reservations and intake process but the food was this time was terrible and not something I would recommend. I have no desire to ever dine at this establishment again.
