Koi Restaurant and Lounge
The menu at Koi Las Vegas is inspired by traditional Japanese dishes enhanced with modern California accents and influences from throughout Asia and around the globe. The culinary experience at Koi in Los Angeles, New York and Bangkok has been lauded in several national food and wine publications. Among Koi’s signature cold dishes are the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna or Baked Crab Roll, for which succulent fresh crabmeat is wrapped in a thin rice crepe paper dotted with sesame seeds and baked to perfection.

Good food, great atmosphere but the service lagged pretty badly actually. I wanted to love it but the server was subpar to be nice.
We went for a date night sat at the sushi bar, as soon as we said we were using a Groupon the quality of service and time went down, it was actually not recommended to order additional food when we asked about other menu items. Food came out like it was prepared well ahead of time and tasted like it. Entrees before appetizers 3, 4, 5 plates just haphazardly placed in front of us. Felt rushed to finish and they took plates that still had food on them, we didn't bother stopping them, at that point we were ready to leave. Had a small group of females behind us, while it's hard to ask customers having a good time to calm down a table of 8 females sounded like a group of 20 drunk sorority girls. Was ready to pay, when the server finally came around i asked a question, he answered it and left again without taking the check and took almost 5 minutes to come back to take the payment. Wasn't the worst place ever, but reminded us why we don't go on the strip for date night.
I made a reservation for dinner but looked and saw there was a different happy hour menu. We talked to the hostess and said we could sit at the bar and get the happy hour menu and the full menu. At 6:30 at night it was pretty slow. Service was great and the food came out quick. It was a little dark in the lounge area but it was overall a great experience.
Great Happy Hour small plates!!! Was going to have dinner, arrived early and decided on the small plates. Delicious. Able to sample the restaurants diverse cuisine.
Koi never disappoints! The Food and Sake are always very good. It’s easy to socialize and the ambience is always electric. I try to dine here whenever I’m in Las Vegas!
Statement from the staff- we only rent space from PH, we do not accept any PH awards or gift cards and do not give PH membership points-.
Food was average not much better then an average restaurant yet $$. Off my list.
Great service before a show and the service was great
I guess the happy hour is at the bar only. So I went to the bar to order a drink. Visente was snappy with me. Since I wasn't eating at the bar. I couldn't order a happy hour drink. I told the waiter said too. She had to discuss it with the other bartender. Anyway I ordered my drink. And I closed out my tab. Rude....
The food is amazing!! And the space is beautiful! A little weird entering. It looks empty and no one was there to help seat for my reservation.
The prix fix menu was an incredible value, we added wagyu steak to share which made the surf and turf experience excellent.
Beautiful restaurant and great ambiance. Food was very good 👍👍👍👍👍👍
We had reservations, but we were put off to the side and somewhat forgotten about! Once our waiter came, it wasn't a problem! The food was good, but it seemed lacking! Nothing special and it was minimal! Even the pieces of sushi were ordered was very small! One thing that was fantastic was the veggie tempura!! Ordered it twice! Other then that, our first time at this restaurant was just good!
The sushi was good, but somewhat limited selection and was very expensive. It cost $175 for 5 people ordering the least expensive items. A small California roll costs $12, 5 pieces of tuna sashimi costs $16. Fortunately, we had a $100 gift card.
Food and service were outstanding. Waiters were always around to do what was necessary without hanging over our table.
My husband and I went before the Gwen Stefani concert that was also located in Planet Hollywood. Food was amazing, service was fantastic
Everything was amazing! The food, the service, the atmosphere. The one thing they didn’t recognize was my friends birthday, I noted that in the reservation.
We used a Groupon and it was definitely worth it. The service was exceptional, with our waitress being fantastic. I don't know if it would have been worth the cost had we not used the Groupon, but otherwise we were very happy with the food and service.
The food was good, but the menu was much more limited than I would have expected. Service was outstanding!
First time and enjoyed it very much. Will come back again
Really amazing food and our waiter was super sweet and had cool glasses that we complimented him on. We would come back
Food was terrific and so was the service! The ambiance was great and there was no pressure to order more food. My friend and I had sushi, an appetizer and 2 drinks. Sooo good!
Delicious sushi and vegetables. Especially adored the eggplant dish (ordered a second one)! Fun desserts and cocktails. Perfect meal before seeing Gwen Stefani!
We had dinner here before the Gwen Stefani show and it was also our anniversary. The food was fair at best but the service was what left us disappointed. The server was very nice, but it took almost 20 mins to get our drinks (glass of wine and mixed drink, not tough drinks too make). This could have been the bars fault, but considering the restaurant was half empty, it was just overall bad service. Our food came quickly but we were never even offered another round of drinks before the bill came. We were in and out in 40 mins. We left disappointed with the thought we could have gotten this food at a food court, not a supposedly high end Vegas restaurant.
We are making a tradition of eating at Koi when in Las Vegas. The service is always excellent and the menu diverse. After some edamame and potstickers for appetizers, my wife had a crispy chicken special while I had the Sunfire sushi roll - the sushi was some of the best I’ve eaten as the mango, avocado and cilantro really made it fresh. The lychee martini was tasty as well. Excellent meal!
Jeremy was great, and even spoke fluent Japanese . Scallops and lobster tacos were amazing!
Nothing special about this restaurant. The place was empty at dinner time. That should have been a clue. Service was ok but the sushi was fair at best. Left hungry.
If you have a large party get the Empress Plate for dessert.
The scallops were amazing!
This Restaurant was a Great Authentic Sushi Restaurant with great Service.
Service was excellent. Food was great though price was a bit steep.
Everything from food to service to surroundings was fabulous. Cheesecake at the end was some of the best we’ve ever had.
Super happy hour.
Delicious and fresh food. Service was great! Will definitely be back.
We had Taste of Koi tasting menu. All the dishes taste great and it was plenty of food. The server was very friendly and attentive. The ambience is good, though the music is a little too loud for my taste. The restaurant is a little expensive, but definitely recommended for a special occasion.
Service was beyond excellent, food was delicious but slightly over priced.
We went to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday. The sushi was very basic. In fact, the food is overpriced. I ordered the Red Spider role which came out cold. Typically, the soft shell is serve warm. You could tell the crab was fried earlier and just left out to serve cold. Ugggh! The flip side, our waitress and the rest of the staff was super cool. We choose this place because it had a lounge. Bad news, on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm the restaurant was quite empty as well as the lounge. Overall wasn’t a good vibe to celebrate a birthday.
Koi is one of my absolute favorites
Deliveres every time
Try their signature rolls, especially the shrinp tempura
Also the bluefin tuna sashimi
The Black Cod was amazing and the service was spot on.
Excellent food, fast and friendly service. Great amount of food for the price, especially the 3 course menu! Lea was wonderful and we loved the ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
