We frequent Kitchen Notes since the Omni opened in Nashville. We love the brunch buffet but since it reopened after COVID there aren't a lot of options on the buffet. Kitchen Notes is known for its biscuits and they were sub-par but the pancakes and our server Gary were amazing. Gary has been our server several times over the years and he always provides great service.

Excellent fresh, delicious food. The waffle was light, airy with a hint of vanilla. The waffle was good alone but if you enjoy added flavors it is served with raspberry jam, softened butter, and syrup. The serves was great. The staff listened to the way I like my coffee black and strong. She add a shot of expresso my coffee. It was a perfect of coffee. Overall great experience.

They were extremely busy at 12:15 brunch. Even though we had reservations for 2 people. we were seated with another couple. Which soon became a foursome and then two other people stopped by the table. Obviously they all wanted to dine together but instead of the hostess asking us if we wanted to swap table reservations with one of the couples, they all just proceeded to crowd in. I wasn't sure if it was a buffet or ala carte, and no where on their open table description does it really specify. I had questions about the menu and "hot" chicken spice levels, which was basically ripped out of my hand before I could look at the other side and I was told I wanted their "world famous" chicken sandwich before I could get a word in. The waitress apologized for everything, but not all of it was her fault. The food was pretty good but being forced to communally dine with 4 strangers ruined it for me.

Three in our party and three meals prepared wrong. Did not have time to wait for a fix and also likely would not have had a chance as the waitstaff did not return to check on us until they arrived with the bill. Also, known for their biscuits, Pillsbury Brad make at home is preferable to their dry and hard lumps put on our table. Hard pass next time around.

We had a great Easter brunch at Kitchen Notes. The staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone was in a super cheerful mood when we arrived. The food was top notch. Our waitress even honored our request for homemade waffles! We were greeted by Keith, and my kids talked about how nice he was. He grabbed a family pic of us and made sure to stop by our table to make sure we were being taken care of well. The food was really good, especially the biscuits and desserts. We will definitely be back!

We came to Nashville for a bachelorette, 5 of us. We went to this place TWICE because the food and atmosphere were perfect! The staff was very knowledgably with celiac disease and were quite kind overall. The buffet had so much food to offer and the menu was true southern mixed with your average American breakfast. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The gluten free biscuits and gravy was TO DIE FOR.
