   First, our sever, Kennith, was excellent. Experienced service professional who paid attention to detail and was providing value add as a service. Not just taking an order and bringing us a meal. This was our first trip to this chain. The seafood we ordered was cooked perfectly and flavorful. We felt the prices were fair enough. Clean and pleasant casual atmosphere. Both wild caught and farm raised options. Key lime pie was authentic!

   My husband and I ordered a dozen oysters to start. The oysters were small and tasteless with a big price. Then we ordered a cup each of New England clam chowder which was soupy and no clams. Recommend not ordering this as you can actually eat it through a straw. Then we shared a Louie salad at. The salad was full of iceberg lettuce, chopped cucumbers and carrots, very little dressing and shrimp. Granted my husband and I shared the salad but one would expect it to be tasty, which it wasn’t. You get a better and more quality salad at the Brigantine which includes romaine lettuce and lots of seafood and vegetables, which my husband and I always share. We’ve decided that the food quality is just not there and have decided not to return. You would think that a fish restaurant would serve the best fish and fresh meals in town, not this one.

   The food is AHMAZING!!! This is our second time dining here and the food does not disappoint. The seafood is fresh and very delicious. The crab cakes are the best ever and the blackened catfish has a Cajun twist to it. Be sure to ge the key lime pie to seal off your dining sensation. The server was very good and polite. Looking forward to our next visit.

   We ate outside and it was quiet enough for conversation. Food and service were great.

   Overall the fish we ordered was good. As well as a few of the sides. I don't recommend ordering the garlic mashed potatoes due to the glue like mess that it was.

   Arrived at 1225. Seated at 1230 Ordered 1300 ish Appetizer arrived 1320 Meals arrived 1415 Left at 1450. Unacceptable wait times for food. Probably understaffed. I’ve seen it much busier than today. No issues with server or others, the only explanation can be staffing issues. Been going here for years. Same manager. Same quality food. Waits seem to be the new normal but doesn’t mean I have to like it. Even on Mother’s Day. 2.5 hours it not acceptable to me for lunch unless drinkin/partying or a larger group. We were 3. We’ll be back, but wait times need to improve.

   Our server Carlos was great. Attentive and helped us when we needed. The food was wonderful and the entire group loved their order. The sourdough bread is always warm and freshly made. My grilled shrimp was perfect and I enjoyed it with the lemon butter sauce.

    Three of us celebrated Mother's Day a day in advance. The restaurant, even at an EARLY time, was busier than we have seen it in a while. Food was, as always, delicious. Brother In Law had his usual catfish, sister her usual Ceasar Salad, me my usual Salmon on top of beet salad. We ended with the bread pudding topped with ice cream....and left in time to reach wonderful concert by James Taylor, a thoroughly satisfying evening!!
