A perfect place to have a celebration! We had a group of 14 for lunch and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the ambience and view was spectacular, the service was excellent and the value can not be beat!

Kelsey was an exceptional server. She had several tables in her station but was able to provide good service to all. Chowder was one of the best we’ve had. Cod fish and chips and crab melt were our luncheon entrees. Crab melt was loaded with crab and without extensive fillers. Our only suggestion would be to have a fish entree available in addition to salmon, deep-fried fish and chips or shell fish. Something like sand dabs, sole, or ono would be a good menu addition.

Poor service! Appetizer served before wine. Food was warm not hot! Overall not a good experience! Asked for cheese for pasta. It came after I finished meal! Very sad!

The waitress had to be asked 3 times for lemon and a straw for water. My wife asked for salt and pepper. It did not come. My shrimp scampi was served burnt! The asparagus was cold. I showed it to the waitress and she said the chef gave her 2 on a plate and returned. We have lunch at Kincaid's about once a month. There are two many good restaurants for this quality and service at Kincaid's. We stopped having dinner there for the reasons similar to our experience on Wednesday.

This was always one of our favorite high end places in Redondo Beach. It is not even close to a two star restaurant now. Low cost food at high prices. So sad. Pamela our server was a delight . She and the location were the only redeeming features. Be sure to not over dress. We will not waste our time or money there in the future.

Food, drinks, and service were excellent. There are different views - some better than others, but the staff is very well trained and service was excellent, and the dishes were prepared and presented well. Parking was convenient too after you navigate through the parking lot to be near the restaurant.

It took 45 minutes from the time we sit down to get our drinks. Appetizers came out before drinks. Food came out 2 hours after sitting down. They offered creme burle which was uncooked. Runny custard. Overall it was a very poor experience.

We had a great time. The service was very good even though it was clear that they were shorthanded. The parking is not great but the restaurant cannot control that issue. But it does impact the enjoyment.

We had a great table on the patio...could hear and see the surf. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I do have to say the prime rib was one notch below the Chart House quality.....a little gray and grainy. Once again, hard to beat the view!!!

Lunch at Kincaid's was delicious and delightful on a very sunnly day out on the patio. Our server Erin was very efficient and engaging and any of Kincaid's customers would be very happy to have her tables.

The evening was pretty much ruined by a poorly cooked Ribeye steak. All of the other meals were delicious and the waiter was outstanding. The steak was cooked well done and order medium rare. The issue was compounded when the manager lied and said that the steak was medium rare. Finally the Executive Chef came out, and apologized for the error. It probably will be awhile until I return if ever.

Everyone was very nice. The jalapeño mojito was on point…. Dijon Chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach delicious! Cesar Salad with Shrimp, Burgers, were all yummy. Our waitress was very kind.

Having lunch at Kincaid's at the beach especially on the outdoor patio area is just a joy to see and hear the waves while enjoying a great lunch. The wait service is one of the best around the Redondo Beach Pier and rarely would you not find a great seat there.

Great view overlooking Ocean.Good Food But ...front desk unorganized. Guests waiting..no host to check us in. Than various wait staff try not sure what happened but when door opens and its busy summer season there should be a host or hostess checking people in and not an empty desk than suddenly 3 people show up to check us in .Was completely disorganized totally not prepared check in staff. Get it together

Restaurant smelled musty and old. Views were beautiful but we weren't allowed to sit outside despite requesting upon being seated. Restaurant did not appear filled so no idea why we couldn't sit outside. One of our guests ordered prawns. Restaurant didn't have prawns. How can a seafood restaurant be out of seafood? Steak was ordered as rare, but was served well done. Ordered fish tacos and they were unable to offer anything other than avocado salsa--I'm allergic to avocado. I got them to give me lettuce and tomato but the waitress wasn't sure it could be offered. Why? It's lettuce and tomato. You wash and cut it. Menu was limited compared to what I remembered online and food items were out of stock so even more limited. Food was very slow in being delivered and this was a business luncheon. So disappointed given the reviews and recommendations, not to mention suggesting it to out of town business clients. I was embarrassed. Wasted driving 1.5 hours. Parking was ample and views were the only redeeming factors.
