Keystone Ranch Restaurant
The service was truly outstanding, the food was a little less than we'd hoped for, but that could be as much for our own selections and less on the preparation
We went for dinner to celebrate an anniversary and a birthday and wanted to have fantastic food and experience. Keystone Ranch Restaurant exceed all expectations! We had such a wonderful time! They treated us to complimentary champagne which was unexpected. We all ended up getting steaks. 2 dry aged buffalo strips and 2 dry aged ribeyes! Never had a better tasting and spot on temperature in a steak. The sides were big portions as well. Had the Brussels sprouts, asparagus, twice baked potato, and the Mac and cheese. All were wonderful. Our waiter John was fantastic, he made our night with all his knowledge and suggestions. Finished the meal with soufflé by the fire and I couldn’t have thought of a better way to finish such a perfect meal! I will dream about that soufflé! Thanks to everywhere we encountered throughout the night from valet, coat check, hostess, bussers and other waiters. An experience we won’t forget!
Excellent friendly service. Brandon took great care of us. Recommendations for food and wine were amazing. Attentive to every detail. Will arranged a great table to enjoy sunset over mountains. Great food, presentation. Expensive but worth the price.
Wow! Delicious! Dessert by the fire place is a special touch.
Outstanding food and service. Five star restaurant. One of the best in the Colorado Rockies!
Catrina and Karen did an awesome job waiting on us
Excellent meal, great service, beautiful view. Loved having dessert by the fire. We will definitely be back next time we visit Keystone!
Phenomenal meal. The food was incredible, especially the bone marrow brulee and crab beignet appetizers. John is also a fantastic and remarkably knowledgeable waiter, would highly recommend.
This was an incredible dining experience! There aren’t words to do it justice. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Mike the Bartender took great care of us!
My party of 9 was served by Scott who exuded professionalism and provided excellent service.
The ambiance is impeccable! Absolutely beautiful place! If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t hesitate! It will be an experience you won’t forget!
Wonderful experience - highly recommend
Yearly guys trip to Keystone. Always go o the RAnch. This was the best yet! See you guys next winter
Been going to the Ranch for over 40 years and it never disappoints. Excellent cuisine, fantastic ambiance and a wonderful way to spend the evening. Our server Catrina was especially attentive and made this visit particularly memorable! Can’t recommend the Ranch enough!
My husband and I were celebrating our pre-anniversary. It is in a few days. I was there the week before and really enjoyed it and wanted to share it with him.
First of all our server Catrina was amazing and the consummate professional. The bone marrow appetizer was creative and tasteful. The oysters were fresh and the hatch chili concoction was extremely creative. The rib eye and lamb chops were above average and the Sticky Toffee dessert serve fireside really capped off the experience. Hats off to Chef Kevin for having a great team. While the chimichurri was great and still ranks #2 behind my wife Dawn’s which is really high marks.
Outstanding service and food. Beautiful winter scenery. After dinner drinks and dessert in the living room with the large fireplace was incredible.
Meal was to die for
Waiter was very personable and knowledgeable
Very romantic setting
Fantastic service and food! Great history and fun atmosphere
We have been to the restaurant several times while staying in Keystone. My wife always has the filet steak which is very expensive and we expect perfection. Previous experiences with the food and service have kept us coming back. This time was very different. For an appetizer we normally get the soup as it had been excellent in the past...it was runny last visit so the server was very nice and gave us a sample. The soup was again runny so we skipped it and instead opted for a cheese plate. I had the fish special and my wife ordered her filet steak. The steak was very tough / cold and she was very disappointed. Along with the steak she had french fries and vegetables. Only the french fries were hot. She couldn't eat all of her steak because of it being cold and tough so I helped...it was definitely tough and not cooked as she had requested. If I didn't know better I would have thought it to be beef roast as it was stringy. My fish was also cool but tasty. We don't like to complain to the server as she was doing her best to take care of us and a large table. For a very expensive steak (over $40) it was not worth the visit. I seriously doubt we will eat there again so its very hard to recommend the restaurant this expensive to a friend.
It was a great meal with the family. Be prepared to open your wallet if you go. Food, service and atmosphere are great if you are prepared to pay!
Great service; Scott
Fantastic food and service. A little bit of a different experience that lets you take in the whole ranch. Second time we’ve been there - and will make a point to go back again whenever we’re in Summit County.
Why a restaurant of this calibur doesn't have an updated computer system to separate tickets is beyond me.
Great food. Bison ribeye was fantastic. Great service
Went here recently on a ski trip with friends and let me tell you it was definitely worth it. I got the bison ribeye which was the special and it was like butter. The foie gras butter on top was cake. The after dessert room was so cozy and really made the dining experience great. The service was very good and I liked how it was a fancy steakhouse but not fancy jeans are acceptable.
Great restaurant, the best I’ve had in Keystone
One of the most fantastic dining experiences I have ever had.
Beautiful drive to the restaurant. Amazing food and the service was great! Loved the after dinner area in the back of the lodge where you were able to enjoy your dessert and coffee by the large wood fireplace. It was a definite 10/10!
Will return to The Ranch every visit to Keystone! ❤️❤️
Everything was perfect, the waiter, the food...
Nothing to add just it’s a really good restaurant and for sure we will come back
The ultimate in fine ding yet warm atmosphere. The changes are spot on! We would fly here just for a special meal...it’s that food!
Service was slow. Food was great!
Had a great evening out for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised to see Fennel Pollen on the charcuterie meat menu. Chef Kevin Simley is doing some pretty cool stuff here. Go check it out.
Good. The food was very tasty. It’s overpriced for the experience.
The service is always attentive without being intrusive, and in one word exceptional.
The food is excellent. You get what you pay for here.
Love having dessert in the historic living room beside the fireplace.
one of the best restaurants I've been to. Catherine's excellent advice, we asked Catherine's suggestion of the dish and the wine that matches the dish she suggested, she suggested a fish with fruit (incredible, very special and different flavor), the wine harmonized with the fish. Catarina explained the history of the restaurant and showed us the area with a bonfire (beautiful atmosphere). Really a special place with excellent food and service.
John was a fabulous host.
We got engaged in the living room by the fireplace...magical evening! We can't wait to return. Thanks again
This is our second time at Keystone Ranch and it was awesome. We had a porterhouse that just melted in our mouth, and you can never go wrong with the soufflé for dessert. Scott was our server and he was amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are coming to Keystone.
Quiet setting with exceptional service. The staff is alert and attentive to their patrons needs.
We especially enjoyed the exquisite, light entrees...the chef nows his craft!
