   Food was good but a bit overpriced for what it was. Initial impression was that the price of the mains was reasonable until you realised they came with nothing extra and every addition was £5. So if you wanted a veg and some sort of potato with your dinner you were looking at an additional £10 to the price quoted, which pushed it to pretty expensive. Service was excellent. A downside was the noise level. The restaurant was full and it has a fairly low ceiling. We struggled to hear each other across a table so if you struggle with ambient noise maybe not the place for a quiet meal out.

   Service was chaotic and disorganised. It took 45 minutes to order even drinks. Food was Ok but unexciting. Overall it was much better a few years ago before the current refit and management

   We loved our lunch, which flew by before we'd begun, so we'll be back to start allover. Sad to find the old loo's had gone, they used to be worth the visit on their own.

   Food lovely. Generous portions, including a very generous cheese board. Staff very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Fixed price menu is very good value... as always if you drink the cost tots up!

   Booked on open table as phone not answered Was with x 2 Soho House members and arrived for 9:30 table Got seated at table at 10:10 Ordered wine and food but no food till 11 -3 of us having burgers Plates delivered with 5 min space between diners and whole orders not completed Waiting staff and management fine but they were let down initially by front of house then really let down by kitchen First time a soho house restaurant has let me down

   Both the bar and Restaurant were extremely full beyond the ability of staff to cope. Consequently service was extremely slow and a bit slip shod. A shame because the location and decor make it an attractive place to dine. On the menu the fish and shell food choices are abundant and interesting, although the meat choices are a bit dull.

   We got the table 50 min after the reservation time. However ,the staff was very professional handling the situation and we were offered another round of drinks to compensate the wait, following by some starters on the house as soon as we seat at our table. Overall experience was good, however, it was a bit disappointing that the champagne bar ambience was very loud, we couldn’t hear the piano. Only talk and laughter from the other groups.

   This was our first visit to Kettners since the revamp. Food portions were generous and quality good. Reasonable prices too.

    This has become our favourite restaurant in Soho, great food and ambience! We were quite late for our reservation as we could not find parking, however the staff were super friendly and managed to get us a table on a Saturday night! Can't wait to go back!
