We always go to Keoki’s for special occasions and this time it was our anniversary. We love bringing our friends to Keoki’s because it impresses them. Although we missed our usual servers, Tony and Geoff, Francisco (our server that night) is excellent. He is so engaged with us. Very friendly and warm. It is what Kauai is all about.
Service was terrible and slow but food was tasty! Sad because this used to be one of our favorites on the island. Also drinks are way overpriced for what you get.
My daughter has celiac disease, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. It’s such a load off our minds to know she will be taken care of. We have been back twice this trip. Top notch!
It’s an all American foods dining experience.. Nice Hawaiian music and good value
Keoki's is one of our favorite restaurants on Kauai. Lots of fresh fish choices for entrees, good wine selection, friendly service, beautiful environment
The food was good not great. Also, given how expensive the food was, we expected better food.
As usual, Keoki's Paradise gave us a great meal and a great experience. The meal was very reasonable, given that we are in expensive Hawaii. Portions were good, service was very good and we had a great time. Don't hesitate to visit Keoki's -- it's one of the best values in town.
Loved the food and atmosphere. Hula pie is a must for Dessert
Great at the bar and the restaurant !!!
Every time we visit the island we dine here. It never fails to impress. Food, drinks, and ambiance exceed expectations. We love Keoki’s.
Meal was the best all week. Waiter T was exceptional. Calamari to seafood was not only presented but tasted fabulous. Thank you
Perfect spot for large group and/or family dining. Great kid options for dinner/kid drinks made especially for them. Dinner entrees for adults were great as well.
Our server was awesome, the drinks and atmosphere were relaxing and the food was delicious. Overall just a fun time in Kauai!
Can fully recommend the Chef’s Duo and Ahi selections. But, even those paled in comparison to the sweet and attentive service provided by Mara! You’ll be fortunate if you’re seated at one of her tables!
The atmosphere was nice. Very tropical. It was very warm inside. Nice music and hula dancer. The service was very good. The food was ok. My husband had the prime rib and I had the fish duo. I thought the fish flavor was alright and the fish seemed a little over cooked. My kids had the macaroni and cheese and sliders. They did not like the macaroni and cheese. The muffins they served were very good. I guess I expected more since the reviews were so great.
We've had 4x dinner at K's during the last week. If you arrive before 5:15 you can order a 3-course dinner for < 30 $ from the chef's menu that includes two of the fish dishes. The Ahi (regular menu) is ineresting. If the waiter forgets to ask you how you want your fish done tell him/her.
The Poipu Piña and awesome atmosphere brought my wife and I back for a second night during our honeymoon. Only restaurant we came back to the entire week.
Service was extremely slow and the booths were very hot
Keoki's Paradise seems liked a lovely dinner place for 4 girls. Our waiter unfortunately ruined the experience for us. The food was OK, though not fantastic. One friend was asking questions about the drinks (because her pineapple drink was sold out) and he became very impatient. That unfortunately was just the start and then our waiters real colors came out. When he described the choices instead of saying for the vegetables you have a choice of asparagus, carrots...he told us you have a vegetable (green beans) no choice. Same with the starch. Fortunately a friend has already eaten there and knew.
He also brought the wrong dish for a friend, when she pointed it out he quickly answer "oh well enjoy!" and walked off. My other friend waited until he returned and said you brought the wrong dish we need this corrected. He did. I would sadly definitely NOT recommend this restaurant mostly because of our awful waiter but secondly because for a $10-$20 main dish you expect OK, for a $40-$60 dish you expect Very good and it wasn't quite there.
One of our fave dinners in Poipu. Make reservations it’s busy but worth it!
Wonderful wait staff, we came for our anniversary and they were so attentive!
Great atmosphere, good food (although a bit overpriced for the quality).
Another very good meal at Keoki's. A party of six; we shared shrimp skewers and sashimi appetizers, all had non-alcoholic drinks (quite good) and entrees - three "fish duos" and one steamed fish, two mixed skewers. Everyone was happy.
One of the best food experiences we have ever had. Our son is allergic to anything with milk, peanuts and tree nuts. Before we went I called to ask my allergy related questions and felt very comfortable with going once they explained their fresh gloves, food allergy cross contamination practices and the in depth knowledge of their entire restaurant team. I was not prepared for how thorough they were. Our server, Andy, was phenomenally phenomenal. My food allergic son was able to enjoy the grilled shrimp appetizer, the sirloin steak with rice, and the delicious sorbet along with the unbelievably delicious carrot and pineapple muffins that started the meal. Living in the food metropolis of Chicago, I can honestly say that we have never been treated to a better food experience before for our allergic son and frankly have to avoid most dining experiences. My only regret was that we found this restaurant at the tail end of our trip or we would have been back nightly:(. I can’t be more complimentary of this restaurant and am so grateful that my son go to eat a delicious meal without compromising any of the flavor. Mahalo to you Keokis Paradise!
Beautiful and fun restaurant. Food was delicious. Hula Pie was out of this world amazing!
25th anniversary dinner, great ambiance. We had a great seat, fun drinks and good food.
Delicious food and amazing ambience!
We asked for a nice table and we given the worst table, too big
An absolutely beautiful restaurant!! Great service and delicious food!! The atmosphere was 10/10
The place is wonderful. Open air, live music, and great food. Ono, Ahi, Mahi, Poke it’s all great. We’ll return again before we leave for a fee Hula pie.
The restaurant setting was beautiful. I had prime rib which was cooked to perfection. The entertainment was very subtle and beautiful to listen too. You must have their house special dessert enough for 4 people! All that and the best part was the service staff. Jason was so friendly and very attentive.
For the price we prefer Merrimans.
Almost everything was excellent. Lots of improvements regarding the drinks--they were weak and we thought the lobster were actually prawns LOL. It wasn't our imagination or that we were intoxicated--as I said, the drinks were weak. Other than those, great!
Everything was wonderful except for our waitress. She came off unfriendly and not happy to be working. The rest of the night was perfect. We only wish we had a better server. Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name.
Group near us was incredibly loud, actually doing things to encourage their kids to scream. Service was quite slow and not attentive, compared to what we are used to at Keoki’s. Food is always excellent.
Very good experience, we went there 3 nights in a row. Amazing fish recipes, amazing hula pie! Sad we had to leave Kauai ;)
While our server was a doll, everything else was awful. First time I’ve had to wait with an open table reservation. Hostess was rude. Food was mediocre. We were initially taken to be seated quite a bit away from the main part of the restaurant and we didn’t want that. Next we were stuffed into a booth that felt quite claustrophobic. Not our best experience in Kauai. And it wasn’t cheap either but felt like a cheap place.
Great service, food and atmosphere. It was not inexpensive, but I thought it was a de ent value given the quality of the food and the lovely setting. Highly recommend!
Our 10th Anniversary!
