This place is amazing. Love the food, but the service is the real draw. Wonderful!!!!
Delicious, expertly prepared meal with the freshest local fish.
I am hesitant to judge considering how many restaurants are suffering for staff due to shortage of workers from covid but the service was slow and the food was a disappointment.
We love keoki’s and always return. This time, they ran out of a key entree and the famous dessert pie - this seems to be a post pandemic phenomenon we are seeing around the island due to sudden surge in tourism.
The food, ambiance, and service are so exceptional - one really can’t go wrong dining here.
Wonderful atmosphere!! Got thr seafood risotto and.it was yummy!
We went to Keoki’s for our honeymoon. I loved the “Keoki’s-style” fish and my husband loved the short ribs appetizer as well as lobster risotto. The waiter was attentive and the live music was on point.
Good place for a sit down dinning in Kauai.
This restaurant was really good a little slow but I will consider they had,a small staff to attend to guest as the only area open was the bar area for dining.
Tasty and fresh fish. Wow. Quick service. Busy but efficient. Great place for families. Will be back.
There was no alcohol in the drinks. Like barely anything. I drank 3 drinks and felt nothing and I weigh 115 pounds. My bf didn’t think his drink tasted like alcohol was in it either.and all the food was super sweet. The fish plate I ordered said nothing about yams, and the whole plate was almost all yams. Fish was dry. Appetizers were good. Entrees were not.
Great service. Wife who loves rare meat loved the prime rib and the filet for me was outstanding. As a large restaurant, the service was top notch and ambience was great.
Our server was wonderful. So helpful with recommendations and friendly.
Seated promptly and had great service. Lovely menu choices. My husband and I shared crab cakes, kale salad and a special fish dish featuring two selections. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful open interior. Music and super friendly staff. Will definitely return here!
Staff, food, beverage, ambience were all outstanding! Fish has always been fresh.
We were near the entertainment so that was tough as hard to hear but the staff accommodated our large party of 12! The service was excellent
Very nice family dinner, bar service extremely slow, but overall great dinner
Fantastic setting and excellent service & food.
Excellent fresh fish and great service!!
Wonderful food and dining experience.
Sasha was our server and she was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the music was a very nice addition. Our family of four enjoyed every bit of the meal. We were too stuffed from our dinner so we had to take home our hula pie. Yummy!
Sunday brunch. Fast seating. Great server. Mimosa came with juice flight so you could sample different fruit juices. One of us had the breakfast burrito while the other had the seafood omelette. Would order both again.
The restaurant is huge; I felt like we were at Disney. The food seemed mass produced and was not great. Service was good but seemed rushed. I would not go back.
Mediocre at best. Server was pleasant but had too many tables. Drinks and food were slow to come. Some of our food was luke warm and food quality mediocre. Least favorite dining experience since so far.
The food was niceee
Long wait, with a reservation. Food took 45 min to come out. Took 15 min after we sat down for server to greet us. Probably short staffed. I dunno. Fish tacos and salsa weren’t anything special and definitely not worth that kind of wait.
The French toast was burnt and we only saw our server to take our order and drop off our food. We didn’t receive an offer for any refills or get asked if we needed anything else or how the food was. There was only two other tables sat in the building…
the pineapple carrot muffins were great, had the kalua pork nachos that were very tasty too. I was still full from all the drinking I did earlier so I did not have an entree, just had the crab cake appetizers that were ok. My husband had the guava bbq chicken that were tasty as well.
Great food, great service. We ate early and that seemed the best idea.
Wonderful food and service! I was afraid it was going to be a tourist trap but it was not at all. It was fantastic.
The ambiance was amazing and we loved the food!
Worst service of any meal we had on this island. Such a bummer.
Keoki's has always been an island favorite but it seems they changed their menu and do not have as many gluten free options as they have had in the past. Food was delicious but I would look over the menu if you have dietary restrictions.
