Keoki’s has been one our go to places when we visit Kauai. The food is outstanding. Great fresh fish dishes. Music during dinner is a plus. Very friendly and efficient service.
Got to finish your, meal with the hula pie for desert.
Great food & drinks. Excellent service from hostess & waiter.
My husband and I were there mid-April. It was our first trip to Kauai and we heard only good things about Keoki’s. We had to try it. The food was amazing. I had the ahi and my husband had ono. Again, the food was amazing. I Only wish we had been seated away from the families with all the young children. It did nothing for the ambiance. Overall a good value and wonderful food. Just ask to be seated appropriately. :)
We love to eat local when traveling and Kioki's was a bit touristy for us. My ribs were very good but my wife's two fish special was overcooked and dry. Ambiance was good as we sat in bar area and they had a musician playing some solo guitar Hawaiian music. Overall not a bad experience, but also a bit pricy at $180 for two people to have dinner. Personally will next time shoot for smaller more quaint local places.
Fish and chicken were great. The beef filet was tasteless and a waste of good money.
Lighting was very bad, should have those drop lights to see better. Mash potatoes had a blue object from gloves . Waiter mentioned he would have manager on duty come , shay did not show. However Mike did because we ran into him at the bar.
Always have loved Keoki’s!! We keep coming back! The setting is beautiful too!
We love Keoki’s! The moment you walk in the door- greeted so nicely by the host staff
Fantastic atmosphere, food and service!!!
We are never disappointed
Clifton was an awesome waiter! Had a great dinner service! Food was amazing as always. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike.
As always, I loved the people and the service and the food at Keoki's. It never disappoints. Jack Barnard, Poipu, Kauai
Great service. Beautiful restaurant. Food was awesome too!
We really loved our anniversary dinner and the food the ambiance the music were all just a wonderful experience
Food was great... service very off.
Lovely ambiance, terrific food and great service. First time to Kauai and ate there twice!! Highly recommend it
Always enjoy
The festive atmosphere. Wish the music kept going through the dining hours.
This was the most expensive, worst meal our family has ever had. We went to Keoki's on the recommendation of a friend who suggested it had great ambiance and would get us in the Hawaiian mood. Unfortunately, our party was placed in a corner by the front entrance where we were far from any of the lush plantings in the restaurant and could barely hear the music (and were never sure if it was live or not). Our server spilled half of a plate of chips on the floor when serving the food and never offered to replace them and the food was meh at best. I ordered the ravioli which was both starchy tasting and looked yucky. Dinner for the six of us was more than $300 and definitely not worth it!
A wonderful meal in beautiful surroundings. We hadn’t been in several years and we’re delighted with our exceptional meal and service!
We were seated looking out into the beautiful tropical gardens, yet under cover of a roof to keep us dry. The Macadamia Nut Ono (fresh catch) was excellent. We passed on appetizers so we could share the Hula apiece for dessert and it was a delicious treat we hadn’t had for a couple of years. Highly recommend.
Excellent overall. My only complaint was that my prime rib and crab was served lukewarm at best.
45 minutes to order drinks after being seated, then 15 min for them to reach the table. Fish was so over cooked it wasn’t shoe leather. Huge disappointment.
Appetizer and drinks god, fish dry
Great Kauaian ambience, reasonable bar and restaurant menu, good grinds.
Has a nice ambience overall with nice directions and live music. The lava flow cocktail that my girlfriend ordered was delicious; the old timer was an interesting rendition of an old fashioned that I probably wouldn't order again. Coconut shrimp appetizer was decent, but plating was somewhat underwhelming. The Keoki's style ono was quite overcooked and honestly difficult to eat with some random boiled bok choy on the side, a major disappointment especially for a $30+ dish. I wasn't able to explain the situation to the waiter because he didn't come back to check in, and hastily placed the check down/took the check away before I could say anything. Overall a fun, lively restaurant that is worth checking out for drinks, but disappointing in terms of food, especially for a $150 meal.
Beautiful restaurant, good Hawaiian music, wonderful people...receptionists, seaters, waitresses, waiters...true Aloha Soirit!
Reservation was at 4:30 for dinner. We arrived a little before 4:30 and were told we could not be seated in the dining room. Maybe she didn’t know we had b even there before. And knew the difference!
Delicious food! In fact, so good that we made reservations again for the following night!
I've been coming here for 32 years now. Consistent quality and service overall. Little decline in quality of service over the years, mostly in technicalities (clearing table, auction off of food rather than food runners knowing which entree goes where but considering the pandemic, we were happy with the experience. Locals celebrating birthday.
Food was mediocre to okbut I want to like it because I like the atmosphere. Will try it again to give them another chance and order something different.
** returned for a second time. Food was good. Service was horrible. Not sure if the waiter was new. Service was great the first time. Overall worth going and I’d return.
Service wasn’t great. The waitress seemed scattered and not really attentive-not sure if she had a lot of tables or the fact that she was training someone was the reason? Food was good and the ambiance is amazing.
We had our first seated dinner out since the pandemic began. Service was excellent, the food servings were appropriate. Maybe a bit pricey but given the pandemic I can understand that. My Mai Tai was super.
They changed. Took over 30 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour to get our food. They barely checked on us. We had to remind them about our second order of drinks which were nothing like the first order and we got right when we were about to leave. Filet Mignon for my boyfriend was about the size of my palm, the meal was comparable to a Happy Meal. I ordered some Panko crusted Ahi with shitake mushrooms and ended up getting a seared ahi salad. Definitely not catering to the locals anymore. Another one bites the dust.
Loved our servers and waitress! ☺️ Food was excellent as well. It was super busy but we felt safe being in back by the pond and bar.
Enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was good. Service was ok - nothing special and server made a few mistakes but nothing major.
Keoki's is a great place, but the service and food were off tonight. We wish that wasn't the case...its hard to see a much beloved place falter.
Food was so gross
Easter brunch was amazing. We wish we had come here every day on our trip to Kauai. Must do!
Mahalo Keoki’s for a night filled with great food and service!
Pleasant experience all around. One of my favorite restaurants to go to.
Live music! It was great. Has shades they put out when it rained. Went for burger abs beer night. Good deal.
Loved the Hawaiian music and the service. Would recommend!
