Overall disappointing. First they upsold us on their "authentic " Mai Tai cocktail ($17.50) vs. their "regular" one. It's a very average cocktail, I'm not impressed. Definitely not worth the asking price. Then it took them 40min to bring our starter AND our entree at the same time. The poke tower was not much of a tower and very average. Of course, they put our ribs back in the oven since we had to eat our starter. The ribs ended up very dry. On the plus side: the Hawaiian decor/ambiance and live music. In summary, poor service and overpriced food/drinks in a nice Hawaiian setting.
Overcooked fish, rushed and inattentive server. Always our first and favorite stop-rethinking this for next time.
All food was great except the fish preparation was overcooked on 2 visits. Filet mignon and seafood risotto were awesome!
Wonderful evening with great food and lovely ambience.
Dinner for two, with appetizers and three drinks, was approx $260.
Ashley & Angel were exceptional.
We’d been ordering breakfast their portions were very hit n miss. Sometimes decent portion, sometimes kids-portions.
I loved the musician playing in the bar. Give that man a raise! Always lovely physical setting. Good food.
Great atmosphere, like being in the jungle in a beautiful hut! Live music was great! Food was good too! Recommend trying it!!
Loved the atmosphere here with live music. Every seat in the house has a great view! Food was unfortunately bland.
We celebrated my 69th birthday at Keoke's last night. It was amazing both food, ambience and service! I forgot how lovely this restaurant was. We dined looking onto a beautiful garden and waterfall as lovely Hawaiian music filled the air. Our dinners were really good I had seafood risotto which was perfectly done and my husband had ribs which were fall off the bone good!
Was great from the time we checked in with hostess. Poki was best we had all week of our vacation!!!
Service was poor. Food was served cold.
Our favorite restaurant on the island. The staff is outstanding. And who can not love hula pie.
Keoki‘s was the first Restaurant we ate since the pandemic started. We had a wonderful dinner and felt safe.
Love this place, tiki torches and all!
Service was excellent and accommodating to our young and tired family. Food was average (mahi was dry). Ambiance was perfect. Will be happy to return and see what else is on the menu.
The live music was great the ambience was great food was fantastic one thing I could say is I didn’t like my dishes stacked up on my table they did not come by and pick up dirty dishes quick enough they sat at our table the whole length of our stay very disappointing. Other than that everything else was great the hosts were awesome the live entertainer was even better we’re back today for lunch
We made reservations at Keoki’s Paradise because we have been there on other trips to Kauai. We love the ambiance and the food. Great hawaiian atmosphere. Not to mention the great staff and service!
Last night (5/11/21) we had a live singer and he was really good and entertaining. . Such a great selection of Hawaiian songs and some of his originals.
We will return on our future Kauai vacations.
Great service our server with Scotty and the overall organization of restaurant is very good very authentic
We visited several restaurants during our week long visit and although most were really great, our most memorable experience was at Keoki’s Paradise.
The hostess at the front went over and above with great energy. The food (Keoki Style Swordfish and Seafood Risotto), service (Raymond) and ambiance were exceptional and Chico is a fabulous entertainer. Chico’s charismatic personality and soothing but lively vocals immersed our hearts into the Hawaiian experience. We are first timers but we’ll be back again! Thank you!
What a difference a day...or two makes.. We ate here on Saturday and the food was very delicious. Nachos, fish and chips with fresh hot fries, hula pie with double hot fudge and loads of macadamia nuts. Our server was great. Very attentive and friendly. Came back on Monday and had a very different experience. Server was slow and forgot some extras we asked for, like extra salsa with our Nachos and extra ice for the lukewarm water we were served. Fries were cold and fish taco were a bit dry. Hula pie was still “ono” even though it has less fudge and nuts. The chairs we were seated in, had no padding and were very uncomfortable. I switched them out for empty chairs at the table next to us and got a dirty look from the busboy. Sorry but this “tush” needs a little “cush”. So... eater beware... could be good or could be very good, but I would never give this place a great.
Cocktails and food were both delicious. Fresh fish and delicious preparation
Loved the meal, ambiance, and service. Have decided to go there a second time in a week!
Great place for a Mother’s Day dinner
The service was extremely slow. We had a reservation at 630 and by 8pm we still did not our main dishes.
Additionally, 2 of us ordered risotto which was great but 2 ordered fish and it was dry. We weren’t the only ones as we saw another customer return their meal due to dry fish. This is not the level of execution that I would expect from a restaurant like Keoki’s or for the price.
Lovely time celebrating Mother's Day - on the pricey side though
Such a beautiful and unique experience! Food was amazing with larger portions! Would definitely go again!
We caught the end of the lunch rush which means we waited longer than one would expect for service. Even for water. But they were busy, understandable/acceptable.
By the end though, we were finishing up our meals and two large tables were seated. 20 minutes later as the two new tables were getting pupus and drinks and we were still waiting for a check.
I called our server (Jason) over just to get the bill. Which still took 10 minutes so I just handed him my card when he swooped by.
I would recommend to a friend but not based on our last experience.
Food and drinks were great. However, the kitchen and bar were backed up for a long time. Took 1 full hour from the time we sat down to get our food. It was delicious. However, they need to hire more kitchen and bar staff. Also, prices are way too high for this level of service.
New post-COVID menu is really minimal. My favorites were no longer available and what is left is much more expensive than before.
Food was wonderful. Vintage mai tai contained way more juice than expected based on mai tai research. It took more than 1/2 an hour receive our drinks. Service was slow for appetizer but then our entrees came out 2 minutes after. A guy from the kitchen just plopped them down. Expected us to make room. No people skills. No offer to keep our $30+ dinners warm while we finished our appetizer.
Fish was over cooked on both of our meals.
We went to Keoki's Paradise for the first time last week. And when we are back in Kauai we will definitely return. Great ambience, friendly service and delicious food.
Just flew onto Kauai and needed dinner place near my hotel. Food was good, but showed up late to catch the live music.
Great location with friendly staff. Food is decent and pricey for what you get. They make great drinks, heavy on the alcohol 👍so your getting your 💰 worth. I do recommend but be prepared to pay.
Ambiance is why you go there , and the Hula Pie. Service was great, food mediocre. Live music was great.
Fish was fishy and dry, Very crowded, server was great but had too many tables.
After 5 nights and 6 days of eating amazing food in Kauai we wanted to have a last night meal at a nice restaurant to celebrate an amazing trip and what a disappointment. Sadly it was very much a what felt like a tourist trap, very salty foods at least the risotto and the ribs. Way over priced in general food and drink, if you compare the price to the resort pool bar across the st that’s half the price for a drink with a good amount of alcohol to mix ratio. The Lava cake that we technically didn’t even order but was still brought out to the table and we were billed for was the best things we ate. Appetizers came out before our drinks. The crab cakes were decent. Would not recommend. Live music was nice and the decor was probably the beat thing about the place…
Fantastic dinner out in Kauai. Live music near our table was still OK for us. Could carry on easy conversation and enjoyed it very much. The hostess was accommodating and told us two options for seating. That was diner-centric and she had a great hair pineapple as well. The food was the best we had on Oahu and Kauai
Delicious food, fun atmosphere, excellent waiter, wonderful live music
The ambience and flora are so spectacular, they overwhelm any small shortcomings of the food. And the food was good....just not great.
