    It was our anniversary and the entire staff made it extremely special. Steak was good we got the diver scallops and they were phenomenal.

    Our experience at 18 Oaks was excellent. Everything was carefully thought out; table near the window, mostly quiet and a happy birthday card for my wife. Great job!

    Had a great Birthday dinner there with my family and the food was terrific and drinks were perfect. Wine selection was great and service was off the chart. We did go early because we had a baby with us, but ambiance and noise levels were great.

    We had an amazing experience at 18 Oaks. Our server, Bradley, was outstanding in all aspects. We like to engage w the staff and he handled all of our questions and conversation w ease and a high level of knowledge. His wine suggestion was also spot on. Every bite, down to the Texas crafted olive oil on the bread board, was perfection. This was what exactly what we expected at a JW Marriott. Highly recommend.

    I had reserved a table for 5. Host informed me someone took my reservation and was seated under my name. Staff put a table together for me and seated us. The noise level was unbearable. I couldn’t have a conversation with my family. We decided to stay just wasn’t worth trying to find another restaurant considering it was late and I had my children with me. We ordered immediately skipped apps. I asked the hostess to bring my son bread while we waited. Come to find out they serve fresh bread and butter 👌. Food came out within a decent time white fish, steaks and filet were amazing kids buttered pasta was 👎. Drinks were ok. Waitress was nice and accommodating ❤️. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy family time.

    This is the nicest restaurant on the JW Marriott property. The restaurant was packed with kids. I normally would have been okay with kids, but they were running around in and out the door to the patio. It was also very kid loud. The hostess originally wanted to seat us next to 3 large family groups that included numerous kids (not sure why they wanted to seat a middle aged couple in the middle of all that chaos). We asked to be seated somewhere else and they were very accommodating. As pricey as the restaurant is, I was hoping for something a little more intimate with my husband and that is far from what I got. The food was good. I loved my filet, but my husband wasn't a huge fan of the porkchop. We also got the French Onion soup which was delicious.

    The food was delicious, but the wait time after ordering till we got our food was very long. The waitress was up front and did let us know the kitchen was backed up and offered us an appetizer while we waited. It just seemed over-the-top lengthy.  During dinner the lighting became very dim.  Overall, it was the best quality and value food we had at the resort.
