Justice Snow’s is the perfect combination of a hip downtown Aspen restaurant in an historic space with a landmark location in the Wheeler Opera House building, originally constructed in 1889. We serve fresh, creative food, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible, affordable wines in an imitable atmosphere.

Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner menus at Justice Snow’s are developed seasonally. The menus feature inventive dishes that focus on locally sourced ingredients. Weekend brunch offers sweet and savory dishes with unexpected twists.

The bar at Justice Snow’s serves up hand-crafted cocktails made with rare spirits, fresh components, and limitless creativity. While we have the most extensive cocktail program west of the Mississippi, our incredible bar staff welcomes the opportunity to custom-craft drinks to suit our guests’ personal tastes.

I like this place, I've been there before, but when we were there last Friday night the bar service was terrible. The one who I'm guessing was the main bartender did not make eye-contact, did not monitor our drinks or ask us if we needed refills, didn't know what a Hemmingway Daquiri was and seemed very put out to have to make one. If you're having a bad day I get it, but maybe just head home instead of being super rude to your customers. The back up bartender was very nice but didn't know what a Greyhound was! This is supposed to be a legit cocktail bar?!

Great place to eat. Would highly recommend. Service was excellent. It is great comfort food with a little twist. Would recommend trying the Elk Meatloaf. You will not be disappointed. Cocktails were also very good. Would come back next time we are in town.

We stopped at Justice Snow's for dinner after a good day of skiing. Food was good and well as the service (very friendly and helpful waiter).

New years eve lunch. New to Ooen Table app.
Husband and I are locals sincd 1976 and 1991. Came here when it Used to be Bentleys. My Mom in town made res on Open table day before, booked 3 for 1pm. We added a person and went to modify res just before arriving. (Mistake) Open table showed easliest 4 table wasnt till 1:45. I accidentally touched it but didn’t think that would change res unless it asked me to confirm. We arrived before 1 and it was crowded, turning away those with no res. I gave our name for 1 but was told nope, your res isn’t til 1:45! Ug, it was my fault and our table was gone!
No big deal except my 83 year old Mom was very upset (with me and the seater) But seater did best she could, after a wait, 4 of us got seated at great table.
3 ordered fish n chips , enjoyed. Im vegan waitress recommended acorn squash, loved it! Delicious & tasty with spice!
Waitress was informed and was very nice and friendly also.
Started bad but went great!

Worst service!
Ok for drinks, but nothing more. Many better places in Aspen to dine at!
