    Service was top notch and the food was excellent, but I think they lived up to their name a little too much with the drinks and dessert. :) Both drinks and dessert had too much spice, but the food was something to write home about. We split the sweet potato gnocchi and Juniper's version of a "sweet pig" pizza, and we both agreed and the gnocchi and "sweet pig" were some of the best we've ever had. For drinks, we had a pear drink and an apple drink, and both were overly spiced and unnecessarily complex - the spices were the star of the drink, not the fruit. But, the food and service were beyond excellent and we will be back!

    Ordered a glass of wine when we sat down and waiting forever to get it. We had to ask twice. Waiter told us there was a party of 40 upstairs so we would need to wait. Don’t you think if they knew they had a large party they would have more staff and wondering why he thought that should be our fault for wanting our glass of wine on time. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered the Brie appetizer and the toast was so hard it crumbled when you tried to eat it. Dinner was a pizza and was just ok!! Just did not have a good experience. Hope that it was just an off night.

    We had a nice time and the service was good. The house made tonic is delicious, really enjoyed the Gin & Tonic. The food is good, but not great. Portions for what we got were small. Overpriced in my opinion.

    Our server, Sheraton, was spectacular! She knew the menu, was energetic and personable, and was completely on point anticipating our every need. The food, 1 caprese pizza, two orders of clams and one chef board appetizer were all delicious. The chef board had a creative mix of the usual suspects but the house made olives and jam elevated it to next level. The sauce with the clams demanded extra house bread for dipping and I am still thinking about it fondly days later. Well done all around.

    Juniper was truly an awful experience. The wine had gone bad and tasted like vinegar, the cocktail tasted like toothpaste and the food was subpar. The real kicker was the waitress shared they didn’t have any forks and that she’d have to “scrounge around” for some. Definitely do not recommend.

    Food was on point very tasty . Drinks slow to come out and water refills practically has to beg . Not busy at all for thing to take so long . The flags of were a bit much , I don’t care to dine with political thing displayed. My wife heard it was good and we made reservations not knowing about this flags kn display but we handles our commitment. For the money for 2 adults and teenager girls wasn’t there .

    I don't usually like giving negative reviews but there was absolutely nothing special about this place. The person waiting on us was pleasant but confused, it took over an hour to get our food and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, the food was mediocre at best, I don't know how you can screw up a Ceasar salad, but they did. Not going back.

    Had happy hour, drinks and appetizers last night with a friend. Super friendly staff drinks for cold pizza was hot and loved all the flavors and would definitely go back. Happy hour prices were awesome as well!

    We had a great evening enjoying an outdoor table. I got the pasta with clams and thanks to our wait person she recommended that they could make it more mild which was perfect. My husband had the pasta with shrimp and he said it was very flavorfull and enjoyed it. We started with the bread and pesto dipping sauce so good and split the Caesar salad. We had not been to Juniper for a few years but will definitely add it to our favorite list!!

    The drinks were great, definitely would go back for the cocktails!! The service was slow (2 hours for 4 people) and the food was mediocre with small portion sizes for the price. Overall would go back, just not for food!

    This is the worst meal we have had in a restaurant in 20 years. The worst rib ey steak I have ever eaten. Other food was not good. The staff was nice but when a piece of brick fell out of the wall and sharply hit our table, they just opined that recent storms had affected the wall. Sad and we have been here before but will not go again..

    Took family here for our first try. Crammed into a tiny table right by the door. Server was friendly but slow. Food was ok but wouldn’t go back for the money

    Great cocktails & a good selection of food from pasta and pizza to a wonderful coffee encrusted lamb dish, local trout was very good.. We all enjoyed our meals and the experience. Sheridan’s service was excellent and quite made the evening.

    Sheridan was a great server! She was very informative and had great suggestions. We absolutely loved the drinks we chose as well as the Truffle Fries and Brie appetizers. My barrata salad was yummy and my husband really loved the Salmon he had. Also that Sesame cake was the bomb! So glad we found this little restaurant and hope we can come back the next time we are in town!

    Juniper is a very nice place to have dinner. It’s casual, not fancy, I felt over dressed in black jeans and a collared shirt on a summer evening. I’m a gin and tonic fan and I’ve got to say that their special homemade tonic makes for a great G&T. The patio is small and relatively busy but shaded in the evening hours and a really pleasant spot for dinner. Rachel took great care of us, professional, prompt when needed but not trying to hurry us along. It’s hard to understate how important pace is for a nice dinner, but she got it right. I had the chicken and my wife had the trout. Both were excellent. Hard to find any faults in a flawless evening. Make sure to get reservations well ahead of time. It’s a busy place.

    Our dinner was amazing. My boyfriend got the spicy clams with linguini, and it was so flavorful! I got the shrimp with house-made pasta, and it too was wonderful. We got the sesame cake for dessert, and while e we were a little hesitant at the name, it too was so flavorful and just the right size to split. The price was reasonable for what we got. Lovely place. We’ll be back!

    We ate and drank @ Juniper on a very busy Saturday night. It was not too noisy or frenetic. The food was delicious and we like gin so had some fun with that. Our waitress was a bit overwhelmed and kept apologizing. But we didn't think there was anything wrong with the service? Overall a very good experience.

    I met some friends at Juniper for happy hour, and we had a great experience. There were several excellent specials for food and drinks, including pizzas and salads, and the drink specials were especially impressive (2 cocktails for $12). I highly recommend their gin & tonic--it's their best drink on the menu as a fresh take on a a tried and true classic.

    Service was very attentive. Cocktails were fantastic they specialize in Gin had a dirty martini with Hendricks and a drink called Juni and the Jets both delicious. Had the Rosemary Truffle fries (sidewinder style) with roasted garlic lemon aioli YUM!

    The service seemed disorganized with different people trying to give us other people’s food. When food arrived, the $40 steak and vegetables were cold! The cocktail I ordered seemed straight up alcohol and soda with no other flavor. Ambiance outdoors is nice but would not overall recommend for the price.

    Food was good. Service was friendly & helpful, but our waitress did miss part of our order, I believe due to the noise level. It echos a lot in there with the tall hard walls. Could not really hear the music being played over all the voices in the room, so the music just added to the din. Softening the walls acoustically in some way may help.

    The gnocchi portions were very small. The half chicken was missing a full breast to be considered a half chicken. Both were very tasty, just too small. I think they made up for the lack of chicken with way too many potatoes. The potatoes were actually the only thing in either of the dishes that we didn't like. Very bland and flavorless. Our server was great and patio seating is always enjoyable on a beautiful evening.
