This used to be a reliable place to go for great food and experience. Now, you need to sign up for multi course tasting at high price, or choose from a bar food menu, relegated to the " poor people " section of restaurant. Won't be back until you change it. Food uninteresting , and not as good as I can cook. Lost us to stay in hotel or go to restaurant and we have been coming here for many years. Lots better places to eat!

We had the 5 course tasting with wine pairings. Outstanding presentation and quality. My partner has multiple food allergies which the staff handled expertly.

My only complaint is that there is such a limited menu unless you are doing the multi course meal. I wish there were more choices...however the food that we ate was outstanding!! I had the smoked and grilled salmon, and a "side salad"....my significant other had the Ceasars salad with prawns and we shared the calamari appetizer. So GOOD. Seasonings and the preparation were spot on. Nothing under or over cooked. Salads were fresh and crispy. Our waiter was attentive and kind...wish I remembered his name....he looked like he could be a horse jockey!! Great service! The grounds are also beautiful. We walked the gardens after the meal....loved all the sculptures. We will be back.

Breakfast and brunch were both delightful and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I tried the garden scramble one day and the garden Benedict the other. Vegetables were cooked to perfection and tasted straight out of the garden. My husband tried different dishes which I was very thankful to try tastes of. The banana nut pancakes were amazing with a buttery crunch on the outside that reminded me of a fresh fritter and a nice creamy inside. He also tried the chilaquiles which had a unique presentation and tasted great. The cauliflower soup was creamy, flavorful and very satisfying. The staff at this restaurant go out of their way to make you feel special and cared for. The open kitchen is so intriguing. I loved seeing so many hardworking and talented individuals creating the dishes. I will absolutely be returning.

If you are looking for a unique culinary experience or to celebrate a special occasion, this is the place! My husband and I celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary with the five course tasting and wine pairing. While I am an adventurous eater, he can be quite picky. We hesitated making a reservation for the tasting because he wasn’t sure he would enjoy it. We are both so thrilled to have gone for it. Every dish was beautiful, fresh and full of life. I tried a delightful variety of both land and sea dishes. My husband tried steak and mushroom dishes which he loved. Wine was paired to perfection and we deeply enjoyed hearing the origin stories with each pour from the sommelier. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very kind. The manager was professional and attentive. I cannot wait to return for the chefs guided tasting in the future!

Chef's tasting menu was wonderful, with pairs and portions well thought out. The four course menu had delicious options. The only glimmer of downside is the reservations between Living Room and the tasting area seem to use the same system, so need to clearly specify to check-in desk which version is preferred. Staff was attentive and detailed oriented.

Jory gave us the best dining experience we have ever had. The venue was elegant and quiet, our table had an amazing view. Our server explained every dish in detail. The very complex courses we were served were expertly prepared. I think I could taste every sauce and layer of every dish and everything was delicious. I did not notice if this was a Michelin (sp) rated restaurant but if it doesn’t have stars it should.
