We came early, 5:00 pm. and got a table by the windows to watch the river and riverwalk show. Love people and the boats. The service was timely, helpful, efficient, pleasant. The food was excellent. The bread seems different, and better. The drinks were perfect. I love this restaurant. I always go for any special occasion, and sometimes no particular occasion. The music was wonderful - jazz instrumentals and vocals from the late 50s and 60s. Soothing, sophisticated dinner music. As a former Chicago Jazz station announcer, I loved it. Sets a great tone.

Server was inexcusable. Shushing our party and ignoring requests. Will not return. Was offered free dessert after meal was fully paid and tipped. There was very rude and disrespectful waitstaff including front desk.

This is a monthly must attend event!! So much fun, great company and top tier food and entertainment. Chuck Bennett’s Brunch gets better every month.

It was lovely! We dined with friends from NY who were visiting us. Had a great table by the window looking at the Detroit River front. The server was polite and pleasant, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and nicely presented. Joe Muir Seafood definitely did not disappoint us!

It was a really wow night, in a bad way. Everything was ok, until they left us sitting with no food for over an hour. They brought us drinks and appetizers, then nothing for over an hour. Felt captured, wondering if we had to leave and pick up McDonalds on the way home. Unfortunately, we will Never go back…
