There was no redeeming factor from this experience. 1. Reservations mean nothing - you will wait as if you never made one. 2. The waitress did not know about the daily special - I had to inform her about the weekend special that was posted on their website specifically for the weekend. 3. It took over 45 minutes before we even received our food - the table next to us sat down after we ordered and was halfway through eating their meal before we even received our food. 4. The waitress did not get the order correct - my brother ordered an extra side which we never received (nor were we charged) 5. When we finally received our meal, one of the plates was luke warm. 6. Literally the worst steak I have ever had at a steak restaurant. Fatty, tough kc strip that could be easily confused for a top sirloin, medium well when I ordered medium. 7. When I went to inquire about the meal the manager check and come back - I never saw from her ever again. 8. We saw our waitress when she took our beverage order, our food order, to give us salads, to say she was going to see what was taking so long (that was at the 30 min mark), to give us our food, to give the check and to return the credit card. 9. Even though I was clearly unhappy no one, including management, ever checked to see how our meal was. 10. When I was waiting for the manager to come back a waitress (manager's daughter) was complaining to the hostess in front of me about a table and how poor their tip was. Food was subpar - save your money and go to Tanner's bar on a Thursday and get a steak. Servic was subpar. Don't even bother if you want to spend less than 2 hours at a restaurant.

A $30 T-Bone Steak cook medium should not be grisly and tough. I have had much better steaks for $10 at Applebee's. When I told the server, the cashier, and another employee when asked, "How is everything" all I got was a "huh... that's strange" type response. Won't be back.

Was an overall good experience. I took my son for his birthday. My daughter-in-law and granddaughters food was very good. My son and I order t-bones and they were not very good.

Great food, large portions - enough to take home for lunch the next day! Steak was cooked perfectly. Great place to take our child to have a nice meal. Everyone was friendly and the wait staff was attentive and fast.

Always an incredible place for steaks, but their fried chicken and shrimp are excellent, too. Huge potato portions, no matter what type you get. I always enjoy the pickled beet relish tray, but miss that they no longer have a basket of crackers to snack on (obviously not needed by the time you get your food, as there's plenty to fill up on). Efficient, no nonsense servers - check the plaque out front to see how many have been around for 10+ years! If you're in one of the eastern rooms, frequent trains might rattle your teeth at certain times of the day.

Did you know that the coupons from Groupon are to be used by the whole table? We had a 40 dollar coupon from Groupon and no one else could use teir coupons from other media. With debate this was smoothed out but watch it it is better to use Groupon with one family or a couple because it is for the group.

We were looking forward to enjoying some great steaks at this long established local landmark, but were disappointed. Our sirloin and strip steaks were cooked as ordered, but both were on the tough and chewy side, the strip was high in fat and gristle, and neither had a good steakhouse flavor. Both tasted as if they had come out of the broiler of our conventional home oven. Value for the money was good. Soup/salad and garlic toast were included, along with a side. The loaded baked potatoes we chose were well prepared, tasty and huge -- each big enough for two.
