Jean Georges Steakhouse - ARIA
Award-winning chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten challenges the definition of the traditional American steakhouse by adding a strong dose of energy and world-class appeal to an all-American institution. At Jean Georges Steakhouse, classic and simple cooking methods, such as grilling, braising and sous vide, draw out the essence of the world's best meats, while the fragrant nuances of globally inspired spices combine into Vongerichten's signature flair.
" Each dish on my menu must be a perfect combination of well-loved flavors, backed by new, unexpected ones that guests will come to crave." - Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten
Incredible tasting menu, top notch service, beautiful environment, will be back soon...
At table next to us, there was a table of 4 who were speaking so loudly and cursing and it was quite disturbing to us and another couple sitting on our other side.
No one came and spoke to the foursome to lower voices and stop cursing. The other couple complained to manager and nothing was said to them
We were celebrating our anniversary as was the other couple.
Was not a pleasant evening
Extraordinarily food, excellent service.
The Wagyu Tomahawk melts in your mouth
Bone Marrow is butter
It was worth every penny
Simply lit and romantic with attentive professional waitstaff. The by the glass Malbec was unreal! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. We met old friends there and the night lingered on with dessert and coffee. The bill for 4 people with tip was approximately $600. Completely worth it.
terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible
Good food, excellent service !
Very disappointing this year. I take clients there very year and the service was just terrible.
Wow! Best around. Filet was perfectly cooked servive impeccable. Love this favorite
Jean Georges is always a phenomenal experience. I recommend them to everyone when they are headed to Vegas. The food is great and service is second to none.
The best dinner I have ever had
Amazing restaurant with incredible food and excellent service. Pricing, but worth it!
Great overall! Server was exceptional, food as well.
Brought clients here for a dinner. They got the standard steaks and loved them. I got the A5 Wagyu and it was terrible. Overcooked and overpriced at $60 an Oz. Huge disappointment and waste of money. At least my clients seemed to love their meals.
We got there just a few minutes before our reservation and went to the bar for a drink. The bartender made a special drink for us which was exactly what we asked for; something fruity and sweet. When the rest of our party showed up we were seated at our table immediately. The waiter was great with drinks, specials and getting what we needed. The food was quick, well prepared and tested great! I would highly recommend it and return!
Jean Georges delivered an excellent experience. Once we discovered we were set up in their private dinner area, I knew they aimed for perfection and indeed it was. The service was impeccable, wait staff was observant and thorough, true professionals. The food was so tasty, what mattered most everyone loved their selection. Thank you all! Congratulations on the setup, will ensure success for many years to come!
Is a classic Steak House with a bit of Pan Asian over tone. It is very expensive, but that's up to the diner on how much they would like to spend on their entree and wine. There are plenty of choices.
After trying the Carpaccio & Tuna Tartare, I had a Filet Mignon that was $156.00 of Wagu Beef . My wife and god-daughter each had fish entrees that were good. Dinner for four including cocktails, appetizers, four glasses of individual wines, and gratuity was $1000.00. So if your luck is running well on the gambling tables or you feel like splurging I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We were celebrating 30 years of marriage.
Gerry and Darren at the bar took care of us, they made this an outstanding evening. The best fun at the bar ever!!!!
Service was impeccable, food was fantastic, all well worth the price. The bread was killer. Would definitely make a return visit
Had a wonderful Birthday Dinner, Loved the food, loved the service, loved the restaurant!!!! Thank you for making my night fantastic!! Can't wait to come back and keep trying new things.
My first time and the service was superb..
We have eaten here many a time, and this was the first time that we were dissatisfied. The menu prices were blown up, with less variety than before. Albeit the bread is to die for, the rest of the meal was rather underwhelming. I got the Caesar salad, the foie gras, and the 14oz New York strip. The meal was extraordinarily expensive, and the food was not extraordinary by any means. The foie was $36 and was a small portion, contrary to the experience ordering the foie in experiences past. The steak had some good flavors, but not worth the 74 dollars. Albeit jean George May uphold a superb reputation due to his other dining establishments, this one was rather average and expensive.
This is the fourth time I have attended a this restaurant and I find that it is slowly loosing its splendour. The food and service is still good but not as 'great' as it used to be. This has an effect on justifying the overall cost and may force me to consider other locations next time I'm in the area.
The service was excellent, the room was beautiful and the wine list was extensive and reasonably priced. There was nothing wrong with our rib eye steak, but it was nothing fantastic. The side dishes were disappointing, and that is being nice.
It was good, I don’t think it was really worth the money though.
Been to many Jean Georges restaurants. This was by far the most disappointing. Don’t expect much from the food or service if you go. Way too much money for what you get. Good luck
Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent service. Deeply recommended!!!
We were turned away for being 2 minutes late! Luckily for us, we ended up going elsewhere (Bardot) and had an amazing dinner.
Steak was a bit tough for the price. Excellent service just not impressed by the food.
Worst wagyu ever served 42 oz tomahawk for 285& ripoff they could have trimmed excess fat
Literally left a mound of fat 1/2 size of dinner buns served asked for seared not charred who wants burnt meat that gives you cancer, grilled seared properly gives wagyu more flavor yet was served raw cold slab of tasteless expensive meat
Good beef does not need any sauce maybe light touch of pink himalayan salt ok
A good chef would know how to cook beef properly not like whoever cooked this 285$ has no clue how to step out of his charred zone
Would never recommend this overpriced BAD steak house
Don’t mind paying if worth it , NOT THIS PLACE!!!
Poor service. Waitress came by once to check on our party. Have had better steaks and far better service elsewhere. Expected more from a fine dining establishment.
Service was fantastic as well as food
They’re removing chateaubriand from the menu but they had a few left so we were able to order it. They said next time we can call ahead & tell them we’d like that & they’d be able to provide. Their steak is amazing. The service is wonderful. Always leave there happy.
Everything was great
Waiter was great. Food wad spectacular. Great atmisphere. Definitely a redo!
Fabulous service and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back. Our new favorite restaurant in Vegas.
Our entire family enjoyed the experience from seating until our napkins hit the table. Very attentive yet not intrusive. Very selective and adequate wine selection with one of our favorites “El Nido”.
Food was good. Service was good. All in all it was a good dinner experience but I believe it is a bit overpriced. $18 for a wedge salad? A bit ridiculous.
EXTREMELY overpriced. Food was no where near the quality one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber and price point. Steak was ok, not great, mashed potatoes we like dense cream, vegetable sides were bland. Also, perhaps this is nit picky, but the steak knives weren't even sharp. Definitely do not recommend this as there are plenty of other lower priced steak houses in Vegas that have better food and lower prices.
If you are looking for a good steak house this is the place. I’m had the filet mignon and my husband had the Kobe steak. It was delicious. The service was great. The ambiance was quite. Right inside the Aria. Perfect for a nice quiet dinner date.
