Jean Georges Steakhouse - ARIA
The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was great but above all the food was sensational, worth every penny. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
We had an amazing time and the food was fantastic. Our server Nate was great and he made our night extra special.
Great service in a premium and perfectly lighted steakhouse. Very comfortable seating and not too loud.
Food overall was good. Lobster mashed potatoes were underwhelming and definitely lacked the “lobster”. Service started out good but unfortunately went downhill after that. It was slow and inattentive.
Our steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend
Muy buena opcion en Las Vegas, buenos cortes de Carne, una carta de vino surtida sin ser muy extensa y muy buen servicio. Recomendable
This was prob the worst steak house I’ve been too . We ordered a steak that was 265 and tasted like it shouldn’t of been served . Very fatty over cooked . Asked for medium rare most pieces were well . Appetizers very small not memorable . Sides blah as well . Go to mastros if craving a steak house . This is just fluff
The best of the best. A must visit.
Perfect meal! The service was excellent! Ask for Jack! He is five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Joe for the liquor!
Food was excellent. Service a little on slow side.
Food, service quality and selection of beef and wine is exceptional.
The service was very good and attentive to detail. The wagyu carpaccio appetizer was fantastic, as were the steaks. I love a good creamed spinach to go with an amazing steak, and their creamed spinach was not that great and the potatoes were just so-so.
good but not great.
First visit to Jean Georges and was a bit disappointed. Two things. One, the food came a bit late - I can tell it was done and probably sitting out on a counter waiting to be picked up because my filet was a bit cold and was unevenly cooked (I asked medium well, half of it was well done with about an inch into the stake but the other side was strangely almost rare). By then was tired and not in the mood to ask for another one and have to wait another 15minutes as we were already running late for our next engagement. This should have come right 100% of the time the firs time. The second issue: I wanted a cup of decaf coffee and I asked the waiter if it was fresh. If you can believe it he said "well, probably not it was made today but probably 3-4 hours ago". No other option was offered. The right answer would have been "I will make a fresh pot for you". Remember, this is a $200 per person meal for a basic steak, one side, one salad, and 2 drinks - you expect it to be accommodating. Outside of the beautiful look of the restaurant, my assessment is that this was weaker in service and quality than an Outback when you consider the price point.
This was one of the worst restaurants I have been to...extremely loud music, close seating, blah menu and the food was still the worst part - I go to a lot of steakhouses across the country, this was easily the worst!
Overall great dining room decor and nice ambiance
The menu features various steaks, chops and seafood. The NY strip and Filet Mignon are good options. The sides are small dough for one. The prices are commensurate with the Jean Geirges reputation
Great food and service. Rachel was excellent and very attentive.
DELICIOUS!! I had the New Zealand grass fed filet plus I added scallops and the dipping sauces were AMAZING!! We also had the lobster mash and truffle Mac and cheese. 10/10 recommend! Service was fantastic and dessert was perfect!
Delicious food and ambiance. Great wine recommendations!
Must try pea soup! Sounds simple but it’s totally not. Best soup ever. Not the traditional thick chunky pea soup. And it’s so fresh and lite tasting. The waiter, his helper and the woman refilling glasses are amazing! So attentive and friendly. Really really great food and knowledgeable friendly staff. Oh! Chocolate lava cake!!!!! The chef Jean George invented it so you know it’s the best you will ever get! After eating this one the others will not compare
That was amazing. We had the Shrimp wrapped in bacon, Caesar Salad and the 36oz. Porterhouse carved tableside accompanied by the potatoes with the jalapeño and yogurt. Every detail was attended to by a team of servers. Outstanding experience. Will be back in August. Thank you
Jean Georges as usual is a great experience all around!! The food is wonderful and its presentation is exciting! Of course Rachel and Juan made our experience unique by providing an excellent service, going above and beyond!!!!
We sat at the bar instead of a table. Amazing service and the food was perfect!
Down for a show, wanted to dine there again… I wish I could remember the name of the bartender because he was fantastic… We ate at the bar and had A wonderful meal, as always. Prices are reasonable for a fine steakhouse and the ambience is second to none. My favorite Vegas restaurant.
Service was amazing.
Amazing steaks beautiful surroundings and great service! Would definitely go back
Pricey for everyday dining
Service and food were very good. Extensive menu and options. More than many steakhouses I have been to. The Garlic mashed were very good and the Tempura Calamari with the Srirachia dip excellent. The portions of the Rib Caps was a bit underwhelming. The wine list needs some lower cost alternatives.
My brother had dined at this Jean Georges Steakhouse - ARIA about two years ago with some clients from work and highly recommended it to us. On our trip to Las Vegas last week, we shared with him that we planned to try it out. He reminded us it is not an inexpensive meal - that it is pricey. We’d saved our pennies, though, and decided to splurge. No shows or other activities this trip - saving our $$ for this meal. The food, service and overall ambience did not disappoint and we were completely satisfied with this once-in-a-lifetime meal. Our waitstaff team (three men) were very attentive and helpful, answering many questions. Every dish we had was extraordinarily designed, prepared and enjoyed. Everything about the meal was exquisite. The hour at which we dined was very late - 10p - but that was out of necessity of our schedule and availability of reservations. We have only one suggestion and one negative experience (although no fault of the restaurant’s). Our suggestion is about the menu design. There are little to no descriptors of menu items on the menu. There might be 2-4 words per item. We appreciated the selections were not ornately described with extravagant descriptors like many restaurants, which can somewhat put the food in a box/alter your expectations. However, when you’re trying to get a sense of how something is prepared or what it’s like, it’s difficult to do. While our waiter did not mind answering questions, we ended up having to ask so many that we would not ordinarily do - from the point of trying to narrow down our choices, so we knew exactly what it was we were choosing from.
Amazing symphony of flavors throughout the meal. Everything was top notch, cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. All the things you would hope to encounter in a meal at a Jean George restaurant.
Everything we tried was fantastic. California Wagyu with grilled prawns was to die for. English spring peas was unique and delicious. Lobster mashed potatoes were great. Went there for my Birthday and it did not disappoint.
Great restaurant!! Amazing steak. Everything is great! Very Expensive.
Our first time experience was way beyond awesome. Everyone treated us really special. Our waitress knew exactly what to offer us as first-timers! We went for the Tomahawk Steak and dude dishes of grilled asparagus and trumpet mushrooms...and I wouldn’t forget the delicious cocktail that she had the bartender concoct for me! It was a great evening for my husband and I.
The food was out of this world amazing! The service for the amount of money we were paying for the meal, was not as stellar. It was good, but not what we’d expect at a restaurant of that caliber.
Impeccable service with delicious, mouth watering food. Great menu and beautiful decor.
Only complaint would be the music, which was loud and did not go with the high end
decor/food and loud people watching sports on the TVs in the bar.
This establishment is pricey. Food is excellent. Service is excellent and ambiance is great. 4 people two people drinking wine 2 drank water $800.00 plus. So it depends on your budget for meals. But it is a Great place for anniversaries, birthdays's etc.
We weren’t asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, Which would have been nice. But our server was nice . Steak
Beautiful restaurant, ambience and energy, but the reason to go is food. Three at our table had the sea bass and said it was best they ever had. The rest of us had steak, the best. Two of us shard the tomahawk steak black and blue, perfect.
We absolutely loved our Wagyu ribeye and seafood platter, the service was wonderful and we can’t wait to go back.
