Great experience as always! The service is always quick. The people/employees are so helpful to one another which I love. Very attentive servers.
It isn’t fair to compare pre-COVID and now but things have changed. The chef if different and is still serving up some JCT favorites (deviled eggs) and adding his own to the menu (marinated cucumbers).
We split appetizers and sides opting not to get main courses. The appetizer portions were generous but the menu is more limited. Our server, Demitri, was awesome!
Literally everything we ordered was amazing.
Great service and drinks. I remember the food being better, but it was still very tasty.
Fabulous to see that one of our favorite spots was able to hit the mark again! 10/10 will def be back.
Great food and Lucy was a great server!
Great food! I had two orders of their fried oysters, their gulf shrimp & grits, the drinks were amazing!
Underwhelming food, small menue, entitled service.
Food was great, environment wonderful, but the star of the show was the service!! Service was phenomenal. Hats off to our server, Garrett, and the serving staff for a wonderful date night out.
We were sat right next to a large bday party of about 20 people. It was so loud it was hard to talk. That was disappointing.
The food was amazing though.
Excellent food and excellent service. I couldn’t ask for anything more
Terrible! Terrible food and overpriced. Not entree had a side included. We used to love to come here for lunch and now that there is no lunch and only dinner and a teeny tiny menu, I will not be coming back. Very bad experience. The server was excellent and the ambience was nice but my husband’s gnocchi with sausage was swimming in Grease and my concoction with the salmon trout really had no taste and the stuff it was swimming in was OK but really a little too much vinegar. TheMacaroni however was excellent. And my grandson’s steak was extremely expensive.
Waitress was Great. Thank You for Amazing service as usual.
Had not been to JCT Kitchen in over a year. The JCT salad was no longer on the menu, no soup offered, and their signature chicken had a very hard coating although the chicken was moist, mashed potatoes were cold, and we were told their is a new chef doing things his way now. Pretty courtyard is gone and outdoor seating now being shared with a new Italian restaurant Not the JCT Kitchen we knew and loved and not worth our 30 minute drive from Roswell.
Great Fried Chicken & delicious cucumber dill salad!
Fun atmosphere, great outdoor dining patio
Great service our waitress helped guide us through the menu and provided excellent recommendations.
Good was delicious and the space / ambience was perfect! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Thank you and cannot wait to go back.
Great ambiance, great server, steak was a bit over cooked, but the overall experience was nice. I won’t get the steak the next time I visit.
Really great tasting food.
Craft cocktail was good too.
Great service and great food. Love it.
Everything we ordered was perfect. However, the best thing served was something we didn’t order. The bread placed on our table was divine and should probably be illegal in most states.
Service was exceptional. Food very good. Staffing seemed sufficient in the restaurant. Very loud.
Food was good, but they were out of heirloom tomatoes. Very limited wine list, service was friendly but spotty.
Great food and service. Always consistent at jct
Service was outstanding! Gnocchi was the best I’ve eaten anywhere.
Upscale and inventive take on Southern cuisine. They do very well with staples like deviled eggs, fried chicken (MUST get), braised greens, and biscuits. The atmosphere is lively and you can be seated either inside or outside in the patio. They are known for the angry mussels which is a creative and dazzling to the palate. The item that gets my mouth salivating is not even on the menu because it's the complimentary parker rolls with honey butter. The butter is airy and tastes like plum sugar cloud, I want to slab it on everything.
Food, delicious, as always. Service, excellent. HOWEVER, music was so loud that we could not hear each other at the table. They were kind enough to turn it down. Hopefully, it was just an odd night.
We had shrimp and grits and it was great! I would pass on the peach and ricotta appetizer next time though. It was just ok.
Our service was phenomenal!! Best part of the experience. We were celebrating a birthday & everything was seamless. Top notch!!! Food was good although you don’t get a lot for your money. Menu is limited and pretty much a la cart. Unfortunately, the roof top was closed.
Generous portions of delicious food with an equally attentive and friendly service.
The Grouper was great, the pasta and sausage, I would not order again. We had a table outside, and that was very enjoyable.
great service, food, and ambience. great location and parking
Dinner send off celebration for 2 HBCU college students. Great food, service and atmosphere.
Excellent by primary waiters and others. Food arrived very quickly. The bread appetizer with smooth butter and honey was so good that we asked for seconds. Deviled eggs appetizer was equally excellent. We had the whole chicken entree and shrimp & grits - healthy portions, great taste. Chefs do use a lot of butter, which is good and bad depending on one's taste and waistline concerns. Would certainly return.
Angry mussels were awesome! The shrimp and grits were awful, watery. Shrimp was very good and well done. Flavor was good but the grits were awful. Great service and drinks were good. Very noisy. I would go back for the angry mussels. Will try something else next time.
Fantastic food and great service. I highly recommend.
Everything was amazing for the most part from the food to our waitress. The two ladies at the host stand were not really friendly and I actually had to speak first to them, no welcome to JCT or anything. I did not like having to wear a mask while indoors as well. Hopefully this changes soon but otherwise all was great.
The service by Morgan was outstanding and the food was very goos as expected. I was reminded how loud it gets. Sometimes hard to have a conversation.
Best wait staff we have ate at. The food was really superb. Also, drinks were great.
JCT Kitchen is a good reliable neighborhood restaurant. There was nothing wrong with the meal we received. Everything was appropriately prepared but undistinguished. Unfortunately, at the price range and reputation level of this restaurant the food needs to be unique, complex or dramatically presented. None of these were present. Farm to table/locally sourced is a great theme but there was nothing about this meal that we couldn't have easily done ourselves at home.
