   The restaurant is beautiful. I wish they had more views of the ocean though, instead of putting a huge bar right in front of the windows. The service was excellent. The food was good but really at $32 for two chicken enchiladas you would think you would get rice and beans with it, but no, that was extra. Ridiculous! At least you get chips and salsa for free!

   Everything about the food and the experience was top notch. We went with a party of 8 and every one of us loved the food and customer service.

   Javier's is a busy place. I made a 5:30 reservation for two on a Thursday evening, hoping it wouldn't be too crowded. The parking lot is undergoing renovation, and traffic flow is constricted. Once parked, you walk on some temporary surfaces to reach the outdoor check-in counter. At 5:30 there was already a short line there. We were shown to a small two-top in a busy foot traffic area. I said no thanks, how about a booth? No booths available for two. So, we sat at the bar, facing the ocean. Lovely view, and attentive service from Ivan and Carlos behind the bar. We started with two tasty margaritas, then ordered guacamole and chips. Both were house-made and very good. My wife ordered chile verde for her main. I ordered pan-roasted sea bass, served with sauteed veggies and house-made mashed potatoes. Both plates were very good, with generous portions. Prices, including cocktails, are fair for the upscale surroundings. The restaurant continued to fill up and the noise level grew with it. There are no sound-absorbing surfaces, so it gets noisy. It's clearly not the best choice for an intimate conversation or business talks. That said, we enjoyed our visit, and we'll be back.

   The restaurant is very very beautiful!! Right next to the beach so it very lovely dinning at sunset time. The noise level is okay, not very loud to the point you can’t hear your conversation.

   I'm giving Javier's 4 stars because Alexa our server was amazing. She delivered a 5 star experience. Good however is subpar with a price tag that does not match. It's so loud and we were asked to wait for our table even with a reservation. When I'm paying those prices for mediocre food I expect more. Tourist trap.

    We love Javier's came back for my daughters birthday dinner and my chicken enchiladas had two bones in therm, luckily I didn't swallow them. The bar area was so loud next to our table, we couldn't even hear each other let alone our waiter. Very disappointing.
