Came here before seeing a show. Servers were very friendly, though my food was delivered a good 5 minutes after my spouse's. The short rib grilled cheese wasn't as good as usual - seemed as if it was actually missing the cheese - but serviceable. Overall a nice meal but nothing spectacular. We'd return.

Great coffee cake, chicken and waffles and cram cake Benedict. Biscuits and gravy stacker was cold but my husband was full from the massive piece of coffee cake so we didn’t require assistance as we were taking it home to eat later. Server was excellent. He was friendly and timely in everything he did.

Oh my gosh, the gnats were terrible. We literally were the only ones there at 4 and the gnats were so bad I had to keep shooing them away. They even got into my wine. After I got a new glass I had to keep a napkin over my glass to keep them away. The food was still great as always but I wouldn’t go back because of the gnat issue. I hope they can address that!

Jams has changed their menu and taken many old favorites off, which was so disappointing. They still serve great food, but beware before you go to check out their new menu. I certainly won’t be in a hurry to go back as often as usual.

Love this restaurant. I try to go there whenever I’m in town and this time brought the whole family - who also loved it. Coconut Chicken salad, steak salad, omelets - all amazing. Great friendly service.

when I made the reservation on Open Table I checked the "regular seating" box because I didn't want a high top which was the other choice. We arrived, and the snotty little hostess wanted to seat us at a high top. I told her no, I had asked for regular seating in my reservation. So she put us in the back room where there was a boisturous group of about 20 women despite there being at least 6 empty tables in the front. we did get moved out of that room eventually, and our server did a good job.

Loved my dining experience at Jams. Staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our asks. Get like I had an upscale dining experience at a fraction of what the price could have been for three courses plus drinks. Absolutely recommend.

Music selection was a little "unique". Mostly Lady Gaga (every other song it seemed like), apparently music provided courtesy of someone's playlist. Thankfully I don't mind Lady Gaga. Usually go to the Old Market location, this was the first time at the Midtown location. Staff was friendly, helpful, and food came out pretty quickly. Would go to again. The Mahi Mahi tacos are always a solid option. They do have a limited menu with options for those who have gluten sensitivity issues. Not sure if it would be safe for those with Celiac Disease though.

The staff was all very friendly. The short rib breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious- as were the Bloody Mary’s. I have always enjoyed going to Jams for lunch, but had never tried their brunch menu before, it definitely did not disappoint!

Very good restaurant with a nice atmosphere. There is a wide variety of menu items and so most people should find something they like. Only downside is the food is a little bland as I'm sure they have to accommodate bland Midwestern tastes.

They had changed the happy hour time to 2-5pm so we missed that. (THE main reason we went there). So, the food was pricey, with moderate to small sized servings. The food was a little spicy for my taste, but I don't do that much spice. Would go again, but only during happy hour.

Went here for a father’s day dinner. Overall it was not a terrible experience. Our waiter gave us the bare minimum in service but wasn’t rude. The food seemed a little overpriced but some it was worth it. Have to recommend that fried ravioli!! I ordered the parmesan chicken sandwich with a side of shells n cheese…. Should have called it shells and milk. i took one bite and was appalled. I even told the waiter but she didn’t offer to take it off my check. They did however give me the slice of cake for free cuz i was dining with my father. I personally don’t think i would come here again, i was looking to try something new but we learn and we move on.

Jams food is outstanding. There isn't a bad dish on the menu. However, the restaurant is starting to look old and worn. Tables are beat up and scratched. The overall look is tired. Our server was good. However, all the dishes came out at the same time, although we requested the soup to be served first. Seemed disorganized with lack of communication.

We have been increasingly disappointed in Jam’s over the last year or so. Service has been poor (it has improved nicely) and food has been lacking in quality and taste. This last time the food was awful. My partner’s salmon was burned and my fish tacos were tasteless. I really wanted this place to rebound from the pandemic but I am giving up.
