We have been increasingly disappointed in Jam’s over the last year or so. Service has been poor (it has improved nicely) and food has been lacking in quality and taste. This last time the food was awful. My partner’s salmon was burned and my fish tacos were tasteless. I really wanted this place to rebound from the pandemic but I am giving up.

We asked to be put in the back room because we were a group of 6 and knew we'd be talking, loudly. As always, JAMS met our requests without any issues. The food was great, the service even better. JAMS is a midtown gem!

our reservation was at 5 (table of 6) , and before we were seated, we were told by the host that there was another reservation at 7 at our table. That did not put a good taste in our mouth from the beginning. We were seated by the door, and it got chilly. The food was good, drinks were poor to average, our service was wonderful. Our water was never empty, which is nice. No where was it mentioned when I made the reservation that we had a time limit. If that is Jams policy, it should be noted on the reservation.

Never had anything that I didn’t like! We are not from Omaha and wish they had a location in our home state. We love all of their food, especially their salads. However my favorite thing there is the poblano lobster bisque! Awesome!!

We were seated right away however it took more than 5-8 minutes before a server even came to our table. Under normal circumstances that probably would have been okay. There were a couple of larger parties that had just been seated before the three of us. Since we were delayed in being served, our order was put in after the large parties which also caused our food to be delayed. Our server apologized for the delay and offered us some bread to tide us over which I thought was nice. The three of us were each brought one roll and one piece of butter on plate. So much for that. Overall the food was good but the service was a little lacking.

One of our favorite spots in the center of town. Always a good lunch, nice portion size and attentive service. The party ordered Crab Cake Salad, Jams Burger, Enchiladas, Coffee Shop Tuna Sandwich. All were very tasty, fresh and well-prepared. Colleagues remarked that although the other JAMS locations are also good, the midtown flagship location has the edge due to food quality and ambience. Great lunch and happy hour spot, and generally a good place for dinner and brunch.
