Brunch great! Impressed with our waitress who answered all our questions and was extremely personable. We did find it noisy and difficult to hear one another but it was prime time and crowded.

It was completely mediocre — service was totally lacking — medium rare steak ordered came out medium to well. Woman at the table next to us leaned over and said her steak was overcooked and tough too! When my steak was served I didn’t have a fork — waited for that too. Didn’t have the Effesti wine we requested so waiter said — but we have this wine — twice the price of the one requested. This is my first negative review on Open Table and I am uncomfortable 🥴 posting — but really for $250 for dinner the experience could have been so much better. The one positive I can attest to is — the gal bartender was fantastic— super positive and upbeat and made exceptional cocktails for everyone in our group.

Food & service are both excellent along with a relaxed, old world ambiance. JaK's is a "can't miss" dining experience.

Reception was wonderful! Our table wasn’t ready so I was invited to sit on the bench and have a drink while I sat. However, I had to pay for the drink before we sat down, so it was separate from my bill. The food was excellent, but the noise level was intolerable. Service was very nice. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We had an outstanding meal at Jack’s Steakhouse and Grill. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely exceptional—perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served exactly as ordered. Every bite was delicious, and it’s clear the kitchen takes real pride in their work. We truly enjoyed our entire experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-quality meal and great service in a welcoming environmen

Service was surprisingly slow. I asked for ranch with my fries and they did not arrive. Needed to ask a second time. We normally love Jak's so hoping this was an exception.

We have been eating at JaK’s for 20 years. The food and service are always outstanding. Your prices are becoming way too expensive. I had the halibut last year and it was delicious but not a good value for such a small meal.
