In celebration of the holidays, Jackson’s will present 3 special holiday events: “Deck the Halls,” on Saturday December 2; Saturday December 9; and Saturday December 16 at Jackson’s Steakhouse. Jackson’s has once again teamed up with the Pensacola Opera to present an event filled with holiday cheer featuring costumed carolers strolling from table to table singing all of the traditional carols. The quartet for the evening will include Tina Wang, Suzette Leger, Joseph Decker, and Greg Watson. The Pensacola Opera singers will serenade patrons with holiday favorites such as “Silent Night,” “Away in a Manger,” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” to name a few. Each Saturday there will be two seatings for this event; 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Everybody was very friendly and professional. Our server was on top of everything while being very friendly as well! The food was amazing, just wish the Mac n cheese was a little better but the prime rib and asparagus were absolutely perfect!!!!!!!

The food was excellent. We really enjoyed the scallops. As always the filet was cooked perfectly and could be cut with a butter knife. Our server Cathy was outstanding. Even though we were a party of seven adults, she anticipated and catered to each of our needs.

What a wonderful 75th birthday celebration! As our favorite restaurant in Pensacola, Jackson's did a great job helping us to celebrate a landmark birthday. The food was Fab, the service unparalleled, and the festive atmosphere just right. I am looking forward to the end of the year holiday season already. Jackson's always knows how to make a celebration better. An especial shout out to Tom, who took great care of us and added to the occasion with his lively and informative banter. The entire waitstaff was fantastic. I know we will be back before December, but I can not wait for MY birthday celebration there!

All of the dishes we had were superb. Our server, Sara, was attentive to our needs, polite, cordial and helpful. The kitchen made sure our party of six all received their meals at the same time. This is the second year in a row I have chosen Jackson’s Steakhouse for my birthday celebration dinner.

Our reservation was for 5 pm and the Doors opened at 5. There was a line out the door which is a good sign. They quickly got everyone seated. Our waiter, Thomas, was amazing. He would paint a picture of some of the top items on the menu. He really made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable. The food and beverages came out quickly and were just as Thomas had described and delicious. We look forward to returning.

Food was SO good and the service was spectacular! It is expensive, so for a very nice date night or if you have a gift card, this is the place to go! HIGHLY recommend the beef tenderloin with the fried green tomatoes!

This is Not Jackson’s fault but we made reservations for 8:30 pm for 5 guest. When we arrived we were told it would be awhile due to people that had been there for over three hours were still sitting at our table. These people had eaten and paid their bill but continued to sit at the table talking. I guess if you pay the money it takes to eat here you can stay and sit for as long as you want but at some point you’d think common decency would kick in. Just because you spend a lot of money at some place doesn’t mean you own it. That poor wait staff had to keep going over there and refilling waters for at least an hour after the bill was paid.

Table for 2 too long, had to lean across table to talk with her. Ordered medium. And steaks were but only half way in. Then med rare to rare. Asparagus was good. Brusselsprouts? My 16 year old grandson does much better. Heard good things about Jackson’s, did not experience it

3 out of four were disappointed in their entrees. They were all beef & they were overly salty. We come here every time we’re in town & this is the first time the food wasn’t up to par. The drinks were great! The crab beignets were great and also the salmon. The service was excellent !!

Mandi was the best server! It was our 49th wedding anniversary and we were given the best experience by your staff. The food was excellent and suggested choices were spot on. Sound level of background music was just right. This is a beautiful setting in a great location. Ambiance was calm and pleasing. Thank you for making our special evening memorable.

Jacksons is our place to go for great food. But last night you guys blew it. My wife ordered the salmon. The preparation and appearance looked great, however the taste was overcome with a "smokey bacon" flavor. It was like the salmon was prepared in pan that was previously used to prepare some bacon, not cleaned and then used to prepare the salmon. You guys had a bad nite......

I frequently dine at Jackson's Steakhouse and I think they serve amazing food. The only comment I have with regards to this last visit is that service was exceptionally slow. I have not had this waiter previously, so they may be new, or perhaps they had too many customers. Food was lukewarm when we received it and drinks ran empty a few times while waiting for our food. Probably the longest we've waited for our food. Regardless of this one visit, we really enjoy Jackson's Steakhouse and will continue to enjoy their food, friendliness, and service weekly.

The wife and I had the prime rib. Large portion and very good. Only is my wife ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and she said it tasted like lemonade. She said she's had better. Overall, very good for the price that night.

Not the experience we expected from Jackson’s. Having eaten there often before we were disappointed. The waiter forgot my wife’s wine, had to be prodded about second drinks and seemed ready for us to be done. My 8ounce filet was definitely not a center cut and my wife’s steak had way too much fat Two sides were warm only not hot. for a $300 meal for two it was very average. And the restaurant was not busy.

Jackson’s never disappoints. As a frequent customer, we love the food and service. We started with the special of the day. Our entrees consisted of crab cakes, pasta, and bacon oysters. The cocktails were superb with fresh mint in the mojitos.

We visited Jackson's Steakhouse for an intimate Bestie birthday celebration, so I wanted to treat my best friend to the best Pensacola had to offer. Jackson's Steakhouse fit the bill exactly. Luxurious atmosphere, classy service, sumptuous fare. I had the salmon entree which melted in my mouth. Delicious creamed corn. For dessert, I had the bread pudding. Just heavenly. If you're looking for a stylish venue that meets a high standard, Jackson's Steakhouse is it.

There were 6 of us and while the food flavor was good, no entree or side dish was served hot. All were warm to cold. The dinner with tip approached $1000 in cost. Just not what was expected from a fine restaurant where we have dined before.

The ABSOLUTE BEST dining experience EVER! Our server Thomas was simply amazing. I wanted to record him as he described menu items to us. He was very theatrical. He later told us he’s an actor. As he delivered our dessert he placed 2 candles in the ice cream. He proceeded to tell us a love story and said the flames represented our love!❤️ Now that’s a Date Night!❤️
