The whole point of my party of 5 going to Jackson’s last night (Monday) was to enjoy the Lobster special ($20). Our reservation was for 6:30 and we were seated by 6:25. Immediately we were informed that they were out of lobster. Several people in our party noticed very large Togo bags in which they suspected were copious amounts of lobster leaving the restaurant as we were looking over the menu for something other than lobster. I had brought 2 bottles of white wine with me for the lobster pairing but no red wine for pairing with beef or lamb. So I had to purchase red wine because I didn’t want the other fish dishes. Whether or not other patrons were allowed to take 2, 3, or more lobsters out as Togo orders is irrelevant because I don’t expect them to be out at 6:30 but I can understand why they ran out if people were allowed to take lobster Togo. Not real happy about the outcome of the evening. We had become pretty regular Monday/Tuesday night customers. That is in jeopardy right now.
Truly an outstanding experience. Tyler, our server, was without a doubt the server we have ever had. The food was amazing. I have never had such a tender steak. The best dining experience we have ever had.

This is a really cool place to eat. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was special. The food was phenomenal and we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.
Lovely restaurant design. Professional staff. Food was marginal at best. Should consider a new menu and definitely elevate the quality of the food to match the restaurant's ambiance.

My wife and I eat at Jackson's 1-2 a year and it never fails to excel. The staff is obviously well trained - professional and considerate - welcoming you into their 'home'.
The food on September 6th was excellent - from appetizer through desert and coffee. I especially like their creative cocktails.
For a restaurant with such a reputation and performance, the price is reasonable.

Everyone in my party enjoyed their food except my slices of meat had a lot of fat slices in them. I would have liked less fat on my meat or 50% fat and 50% meat. Mine had 80% whole slices of fat. Also, for a restaurant this expensive, the restrooms should be a lot cleaner. My husband said the men's restroom was filthy
My birthday dinner was very nice. The server, Shannon, was very low key and great.
Service is always good at Jackson's. This was the first time we ever had to send food back to the kitchen. The side dish still wasn't right the second time. First time we've ever been disappointed

This is the best steakhouse in Pensacola. Our server, Tyler, was outstanding. The food was tremendous.
Pork belly was tasteless and dry. Brussels sprout side dish was over cooked and greasy. Poor value for your money. We read the reviews and thought this would be a good place for a small celebration. It was not. Overpriced for what you are getting. Wait staff was excellent, food not so much.

My wife and I wanted a nice restaurant to cap off our mini vacation down in Pensacola, and Jackson’s Steakhouse did not disappoint. To start off, the French Onion soup we shared was obviously cooked with care, it had the right amount of flavor and the consistency of the bread and cheese mixed with the flavor of the onions made this a must have.
Then the main course, we both ordered the 14 ounce Ribeyes and both shared a side of macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. The steak was immaculate, my wife and I agreed that it was one of the best we’ve ever ate. The marbling and tenderness and how careful it was cooked temperature-wise made this worth every penny it costed, add that to the garlic and sauce that just melted and oozed on the steak made it a one of kind experience. Overall we both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely recommend and revisit when we return to Pensacola.

The service was excellent as usual and the drinks were amazing but the vegan dish was very lacking….It tasted like macaroni and cheese with a few pieces of broccoli thrown in. Just like an afterthought. I go to fine dining restaurants for a fine dining experience and this just wasn’t it. In the past the vegan meals have been exceptional.
