   Friends recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Food and service was great, will definitely be dining here in the future.

   Great place. My highest recommendation. We enjoyed the squash casserole as well as the asparagus. The steaks were cooked just as requested.

   We were there on a Sunday night, celebrating my husband's birthday. For several reasons, it was less than ideal. There were 6 adults in our group. We were seated in a table directly in front of the bar where one chair was between the table and the bar. This was okay until a large group came in and stood at the end of the bar creating a block in the passage between the chair and the rest of the restaurant. This group was very loud and obnoxious, to the point we could not carry on a conversation at our table. Then to make matters worse, they got seated at a table right beside us. The restaurant was very cold, uncomfortably so. The food service was very slow which was surprising as it was not overly busy that night, plenty of open tables. Fortunately, the food was excellent.

   We had an incredible experience at Jackson’s Steakhouse, thanks in large part to Tom, our waiter. From the moment we sat down, Tom made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and offered excellent recommendations that made our meal unforgettable. His timing was perfect, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Tom’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine passion for great service truly elevated our evening. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Tom!

   Outstanding lunch. Beautiful setting on the park and Palafox. The restaurant is a treat. Always special. I enjoy the seasonal vegetables and seafood. The bread and butter is hard to beat 🤩

   The oysters were yummy. Service was excellent. We had steak and lamb. Both were juicy and cooked to our liking. Overall a yummy dining experience

    Our waiter was excellent. Knowledgeable, attentive and engaging. He really helped make our anniversary special. The food was phenomenal!
