   Don’t waste your time making appointments here. They said they don’t take reservations!! So we went somewhere else!

   I made reservations and I get there and the hostess with a green wig on tells me that they do not tags reservations after I told he again that we have reservations the manager comes over and tells me that we haven’t taken reservations for two years and he says let me see your reservations I showed him he took a pic of them and said I’ll talk to the owner and we will get you seated when there’s a table available. I made reservations for a party of 3 and 2 of us was there once seated we were sat at at table for two so when the waitress came over to take our order we told her it was a party of three she says oh you can’t sit here then she went to speak to the hostess, soon after my 3rd party arrived they told her to stand and the door because we will be moving to another table after waiting a few more minutes we were finally seated. We got a new waiter a Hispanic guy he was awesome we were getting the side eye the whole time from the hostess with green hair and the original waitress. Overall the food was good the initial experience was terrible again because I had a bad experience last summer with another hostess our waiter was great the rum punch is strong but good. I don’t think I’m going back because great customer service makes the whole dining experience.

   The restaurant was nice,I felt the lamb chops could of been more tender,the beer and cocktails made up for an average meal my son liked the wings (we all did) the jerk chicken I had was dry.My other son had the catfish(which was good and one of my sons had the goat(which could of cooked longer) overall it’s ok.

   Having reservations makes no difference we had to up against the wall and wait to be seated no one came to speak with us. Service sucked Waiter didn't really give us good service Totally over packed. Couldn't hear the waiter or anything total displeased and the appearance of the host omg aint no way

   Food was and has always been very good to me. Portions seemed to have decreased in size relative to previous visits, nonetheless, our double date was good. Suggest the ladies at the check in area ask if the patron has a reservation before assuming otherwise.

   Food was delicious as usual, our server Michael was awesome, it was very busy but he was more than attentive to our party of five.

   Grilled chicken dinner was a little overpriced, but I guess it is Chicago.

   There were 6 in our group and we apparently set a reservation during a busy time. We had to wait almost 30 minutes past our reservation to be seated, our group was split and seated at 2 separate tables, the servers were “green” and overwhelmed, so the service was lacking. They were running long tickets just for DRINKS. When we questioned a mistake with , the chef came out and was very rude even after realizing that the mistake was theirs! With all of that, the food, when it finally arrived was very good but the experience was ruined by the lack good service, staff attitudes and long running meal orders. Although it was literally almost a year ago, unfortunately, I remember the bad service and attitudes, like it was yesterday!

    The food was too spicy and was not flavorful. The shrimp was overcooked. The cabbage was good. The rum cake was heated. Why???? Not a fan at all.
