   Service staff made every attempt to deliver attentiveness, but on a Saturday night it was simply too busy to expect the level we are accustomed to receiving. The halibut was overcooked and almost cardboard-like in texture. The initial cocktail order took almost 25 minutes to receive. It is bad enough that the volume of the table chatter is so loud, but add to this a soundtrack playing at extreme volumes - it felt more like a dance club than a seafood restaurant. This was my second time visiting Ironside, and it is not a place that is not likely to get a third chance. They appear to be very understaffed, and guests will feel it throughout their experience. 2 stars out of 5, and this means stay away. Clearly this is a place for tourists and not a place where locals (like ourselves) become regulars. There are many other options for seafood in and around Little Italy.

   We had a nice time and food was incredible. Their tequila and mezcla selection is extensive and well worth a visit. A little expensive of an outing for me but worth it for big occasions like this one.

   The staff went above and beyond to wish my boyfriend a Happy Birthday and make our dining experience extra special. The food is always delicious and we will be back as repeat customers for the excellent service and staff. Thank you!

   Great food and great service. The drinks are also amazing . I went for my boyfriends 30th birthday and they were really nice and reached out to get his name to put “happy birthday” on the menu

   One of the worst experiences we've had at Ironside. We live Downtown and have been coming here since the restaurant opened.

   We got seated in the most awkward seat at one of the food bars by the restroom. Last seat at the end of the bar tucked in behind some plants I had to jump over to get to my seat. Makes me a little sad because we were celebrating huge news so it turned us off. I thought at first they were booked but the bar stayed mostly empty for the most part. So I couldn’t understand the horrible seating situation. We didn’t stay long unfortunately.

   After seating us with reservations took 36 minutes to get a drink. Asked staff 3-4 times for a server.

   Amazing spot for fresh seafood, a great atmosphere, and creative original cocktails!Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. Perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable meal.

    The food was absolutely delicious!! And the server was amazing too , the only complaint I have is the seating , why are they so small
