My significant other & I celebrated our 2 year anniversary at Il Terrazzo Carmine and it was fantastic…we ate on a Monday evening and so the ambiance was perfect…just enough people there to feel like a community but not crazy crowded. We ate outside on their patio…beautiful. The service was top notch…and after 73 years of dining out, I finally used the services of a sommelier…wow…that was awesome and very useful…he knew a lot about the various wines of each varietal and was able to find a wine that fit both or entrees in the price range I had set…they have an extensive wine list so bottle prices range widely. I had the risotto with shrimp while my beautiful partner had spaghetti Bolognese with gluten free pasta…she loved it. Both entrees were excellent. As an appetizer we had polenta with forest mushrooms…OMG…we’re talking good eats here! Since we were celebrating (oh…and a cute card on the table that said “Happy Anniversary”), they brought us a cute little piece of tiramisu with two candles on it…both touching each other…okay…that was over the top…they easily could have done nothing! Note that right outside the restaurant, there is a bar that I believe is owned by Il Terrazzo Carmine…Bar Sosta…drop by there ahead of your reservation to enjoy wonderful cocktails and relax…an awesome place!

We have dined here many times. Last night’s dinner was average at best. The service was poor. We have had much better at Il Terrazzo. For the cost of the meal and quality we will not return. 🙁

Cane here for our anniversary, everyone was so kind and thoughtful and wished us happy anniversary, our server Cora was amazing, top notch!!!

Beautiful place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had veal scallopini and king salmon pasta. Both delicious. Expertly cooked. Service by Cora and her supporting team was so helpful and not intrusive. The outside patio—beautiful.

Very nice upscale restaurant experience, which is a rarity around Pioneer Square. Sit on the terrace if you get the chance.

Melon prosciutto appetizer high quality. We were able to order small plates of pasta. Gnocchi is very light and wonderful (not chewy). Red velvet cake is not too sweet.
