Il Mulino New York - Miami

First time there. From the second you enter, you are the center of their attention. Everything was perfect, they start out with a chunk of aged cheese that comes off a Flintstones sized cheese wheel. From there the treats keep coming and it's all delicious. Ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp and shared with my wife since she eats very light. Even after they split the order, there was plenty for a comfortable meal. We then ordered the torta... Sorry I don't remember the exact Italian name so I'm not going to butcher it here. It was ice cream inside chocolate and a whipped cream type sauce. This wasn't nearly as simple as I'm describing it, it takes them 3-4 days to make this. The wait staff was 5 star, always watching but never interfering with your meal. The ambiance was quiet, dim lighting, soft music. It's quite the romantic atmosphere to spend an evening with a loved one. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Thank you for a great evening.

I don’t know what’s going on with Il Mulino.
From someone who used to dine there on a regular basis, the place has gone downhill. Our friends were never there before. My friend ordered the rib eye and it was so salty, he couldn’t eat it. Dover sole remains excellent. The sides such as the peas
were way too salty as well. We couldn’t wait to get out of there

Excelente un poco caro

The food is great , the service excellent the restaurant is nice, but $300.00 for two pasras and Veal marcela with a couple of glasses of wine is a little high!!

It was absolutely perfect, as it always is. The finest restaurant in town.

Not impressed! Food was too peppery & way too salty. Overpriced non-superior quality Italian.

Good food and service

Amazing and consistent. Every time we go, we are amazed how it is always as good, if not better. Service is impeccable and just a great restaurant.

Absolutely phenomenal!!!

Went for an elegant diner as we are used to at the il Mulino in Roslyn.

Sorely disappointed, the noise level and decorum of the restaurant was deplorable.

We were confronted with a less than hospitable manager when we wanted to change our table.

We were finally moved after I told them we were leaving, to a table next to the party room were the people were whistling to get one another’s attention.

The wait staff told us that they fell like they are working at Chuckie Cheese.

We left before our main dish was served and took it in a doggie bag.

Needless to say, stay away.

Great restaurant, great food, great service. One issue: the check! The gratuities were doubled up on a split check. This is very unethical...and for that, never again.

One of my favorite restaurants on the planet

Weather was good so we had an outdoor table and ocean view. Service and food were very good.

Always a perfect meal. The staff is attentive, polite, and professional. This is our go to for a special occasion or business dinner. Can’t wait til next time.

Incredible experience this past weekend for girls birthday trip to Miami. Service was out of this world and they truly made the evening special. Highly recommend! We had a blast!

The only thing I didn’t like was the excessive prices on the wine and hard liquor (Zacapa XO $50.00 per drink) but the pricing for the food was good and everything else was good.

Thanksgiving lunch

La comida y el servicio buenísimos, nos tocó una mesa muy grande y era un poco ruidosa pero sin duda regresaré y vuelvo a pedir el sea bass y la cesar salad.

Amazing place for a special occasion dinner. Violinist was exceptional and unobtrusive.

As always, great place to spend a perfect dinner with amazing dishes!!!

Not very upscale if you allow shorts and sneakers to be worn in your establishment.

The service was non existent. Had to flag back servers down to beg for what we needed. Very disappointing. .

Years ago the food was amazing. We ordered a beef carpaccio with no pepper. First one came with lots of pepper. The second one lots of lemon could not taste the beef.

Our main course, we ordered a tomahawk steak which for our liking and ordered temperature was a bit over cooked and the quality was not top notch.

Lost it’s touch !

Wonderful level of service. From the greeter to the wait staff, nothing but the best. They serve you delicious Parmesan cheese, fried zucchini and bread once your seated. Food is superb. The space could use some updating but the dim lighting makes for a romantic evening. Excellent restaurant bottom line.

Had a better steak at Applebees

Service was excellent. Wanted something not on the menu and there was no issue. Always willing to please the customer.

This restaurant is good for the date and family dinner. They welcomed warmly and treated us a courteous way.
But it took 40 minutes to get a menu and it's slow. It was 1 hour later when we got the first meal.

So much delicious food with great attentive service!

Did not think good was prepared well. Not worth the price.

George took wonderful care of us.

Food was good, service was bad. We had to ask for a menu 15 min after we had been seated. No bread was brought to our table. Employees were preoccupied with themselves.

Perfection, as usual. Il Mulino provides a beautiful dining experience every time.

Over priced baked clams were bad pasta 55 dollars. Crazy
