   Huggo’s truly impressed us! The ambiance is beautiful and we sat right aside the ocean while the waves were crashing into the rocks. It has a very romantic, modern feel, with live Hawaiian music being sung. The food was one of the best meals we’ve had in Kona so far. I highly recommend!!

   Fun restaurant with good food and tropical ambiance. Glad we sat outside, away from the live music that was turned up a bit too loud.

   Steaks a little dry. Pasta a little under cooked. Fish dish needed a little more sauce. Clams were great.

   Our server Renee was outstanding, friendly and made us feel special. From start to finish she had us taken care of in the most hospitable way. The food was good, not great. Also, don’t know why a lovely delicate kefir rice was paired with cajun seasoned fish- after a few bites couldn’t tell the difference. Atmosphere is magical. Try dining at sunset. Just stunning.     Too loud, waitresses was not attentive to our table. Food was ok but in my opinion over priced.
