   Houston's is a great place where you can enjoy a lovely, delicious meal and drinks. Great service and ambiance. The waitress was very mindful of my husband's dairy allergy. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a special occasion.

   Great, consistent meals. The French dip is amazing as is the Thai steak noodle salad. Can't wait to go back.

   I only compare my Houston's dining experience with that of the Pasadena location and this particular location always lacks in service ! Always regret coming here!

   I notified the restaurant when I made the reservation that this was a birthday celebration. Other than one member of the staff saying "Happy birthday" there was nothing else offered. ie dessert, bowl of ice cream? I ordered a champagne cocktail and they didn't have the fixings for it, in fact the waitress did not know what the drink was. I had mentioned to friends that the drinks here were good. Hmmm. One kind of odd thing is that you never see the same person twice at this restaurant. One person takes drink orders, another takes food orders, someone new brings the drinks and then someone different brings the appetizers and then someone else for the entrée. Might be nicer to have some continuity. All in all, for the price, I do not think I will be back soon. Just nothing special.

   When reservations are 1st made, it should be communicated that they are only held for 10 minutes and then the customer will drop to the bottom of the list. We were 15 minutes late due to traffic and although we understand that we might have to wait a little longer, it was pretty disappointing to watch people merely walk in and be seated who didn't have a reservation. We waited for at least another 30-45 minutes after our arrival. We love the food at this restaurant and have gone here for years but the overall arrogance of the staff is pretty obvious and seems to have gotten worse. Prices have always been pretty high but have gotten higher... with that, the restaurant should come with a great ambiance that the staff helps to create and one that would draw you to come back for more than just the food.

    Came here for a business lunch with a new associate. Food was fantastic. We had the pan seared salmon, Thai beef salad, spicy tuna rolls, and kale salad. Everyone raved about the food. Service was great as well.
