I don’t know if it was just an off night or what but I had the encrusted scallops which says it comes with asparagus. The scallops were good but there was only a one inch asparagus stalk on my plate lol. My friend ordered the pork chops and they were completely dried out. It was her birthday so the waiter comped a slice of key lime pie which is not offered for birthday treats normally. A bit disappointed overall.

The service was exceptional. Wait staff attentive and accommodated our requests. Food was delicious, served hot and seasoned nicely. Great location with nice view of the Marina. Strongly recommend.

The food was PHENOMENAL! We go to Horatio's for all of our special occasions, but this time it was by far our favorite meal (filet + lobster tail). Unbelievably delicious!

We enjoyed our lunch today with the scenic view of the marina we’re 7 in the group we ordered the country fried calamari as appetizers and the tasting sampler tasty and good out main entree includes lobster bisque it’s ok I ordered romaine Caesar salad , grilled mahi mahi And the rest salmon, grilled shrimp scampi,crab shrimp fettuccine came late Our server awesome attentive in our needs very prompt We had good dining experience if I am in area will stop by gem in the neighborhood

We reserved a table next to a window. Upon our arrival on a Sunday afternoon, we were told they had no tables next to a window available. We were then seated in a really uncomfortable booth nowhere near a window. I noticed two open tables next to a window and asked if we could move. The manager told me we could not sit there because someone else had reserved those tables. WTF? We stayed for 1 1/2 hours and one of the tables remained empty the whole time. In the mean time 4 other tables next to windows opened up. Thanks Horatios for making my wife and I feel so special. We will NEVER go back!

the food was not as good as when we dined last time. The fish that my family ordered seem to be frozen and then cooked. The Keylime pie tasted as if it was premade we were not happy with the food. The steak was the only thing that we all liked.

Horato's is our favorite place to eat. Our meals were well-plated and super tasty. Our server Lynn was very attentive and checked on us regularly. The veggie fritada and shrimp scampi were awesome. Thank you, Horatio's.

We celebrated our friends' 30th birthday here Sunday August 13th. It was the right balance of upscale experience with SUPER affordable pricing. The menu was great, we wanted things to be more seasoned but I loved my dish regardless. The red wine was amazing, my friend said her cocktail was a lil too syrup-y. Our friend would've loved this place and this experience. We zoomed a friend in to celebrate with us which didn't cause an issue and wifi worked smoothly. I'll def be back.

Good lunch today. Pleasant view of the marina on the Bay. Food was good. I enjoyed the lobster bisque to start. Then I had a filet Mignon from the dinner menu. It too was good, as were the accompanying mashed potatoes. I complimented my meal with a quality glass of Cabernet. They have a fine selection of wines by the glass. The others in my party enjoyed the chicken Dijon and the Mahi Mahi. We finished with the cheesecake. Service was adequate.

Our table was ready for us on time. When we first sat down the music was a bit loud for dinner conversation, but they turned it down when we asked without hesitation. Our server Lena was great. She was cheerful and helpful as we made selections. She even brought a sample of the pea salad without being asked - delicious by the way! All 5 of us were really pleased with the meals we picked and the overall experience. One party found out they are already part of some type of “members” program through a different place near their home so received points for their meal for their next visits. Very enjoyable!

The waiter forgot our appetizer, complimentary bread, refill our water, the kids fruit plate and we had to beg for the check since we been waiting for it for over 10 mins (with sleepy kids). Not to mention that both of our steaks were well done when we asked for medium rare. Seems like the waiter forgot to put the order in correctly. We had go to the hostess to ask for our check since the waiter was almost never around. Horrible service.

Out of 6 of us, 3 were happy with their food and 3 were not. The Dijon Chicken, the burger and the Shrimp Scampi received praise, while the Prime Rib, Clam Chowder and salads did not. Our server was very pleasant, but a little scattered. Two of us spIit an entree and salad. The kitchen kindly split the order for us, so no messy splitting at the table. It was a challenge to get drink refills and we waited too long for our check to arrive. On the plus side, we were there for a birthday, which the server remembered, and the chocolate lava cake for the birthday boy was really yummy.

My car was broken into right in front of the restaurant and the manager couldn’t be bothered to come out to chat with me after I had spent over $320 on a meal there. None of the staff seemed to care one bit about this traumatic experience thag happened on their property There are cameras that caught the crime happening and they wouldn’t share the footage. I filed a police report as well as filed a complaint directly with the restaurant chain. Will never be going back or referring anyone to go to this place. Horrible experience

Great outstanding service. The food usually is great, but for some reason the Prime Rib last night was absolutely the worst. This was part of what they called the San Leandro Restaurant Week menu! Very disappointing, given we usually have great experience there. The service was great.

The host was extremely rude to me and my family. We booked a table for 4 since we were 3 adults and 2 kids (1 toddler and a 5 year old). We said we would just have the toddler sit beside one of us or adding a high chair. She was extremely annoyed with that fact and made us feel guilty that we reserved for 4 when we are in fact 5, despite the 5th person being a toddler that sits on our lap or high chair.

Delicious food in an unassuming space on the water. We scheduled last minute dinner for a party for 7 and we weren’t disappointed. Prime rib is my personal favorite here, but Horatio’s has options for all dietary needs. Horatio’s is part of Landry’s dining rewards program so you can get discounts as points are accumulated. Not a bad deal. For birthdays, celebrant gets a full dessert, candle and song for no additional cost.

We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and put that info on the Open Table reservation. Upon arrival they asked if we had a reservation and I said yes. They asked us to wait for a few minutes. Then another employee came up and asked if we were "walk ins". We said no and that we were waiting for our table. They seated us in the bar - I don't want to sit in the bar, I want to sit in the dining room. Not only that, but the tables in the bar against glass windows were literally less than 1 inch apart from one another so the guy behind me - his head was literally 1 inch from my head and I could not move. There were several other tables in the bar they could of seated us at, not sure why they want to cram everybody so close together, plus the sun was going down and was beating through the window and it was quite hot. The food was really good. The waitress looked a little out of place - she had at least 10 piercings on her face and to me she looked like a freak. The ambiance really sucked and we won't be rushing back. Why did they ask us what we were celebrating on the reservation if the restaurant is not going to even acknowledge the occasion? Very disappointing experience.
