Food was delicious! server was polite, nice and kind

During Covid it's so much better of a dining experience. Service is better and you don't feel cramped or rushed to get out. Make a reservation cause they don't take walk-ins.

Food seemed to take forever.....they actually brought us extra wings while we were waiting for all the other food, but failed to tell us that so we just thought they filled one order and we were waiting for the rest.....service could have been better...

Lack of popular menu items. Slower service.
Keep going back and trying because we love it but always leave disappointed.

The wings were pretty tough , they had enough sauce just very tough and no taste to them really. Plus the fries weren’t hot when received

Food was great as always. Have to wear a mask from the door to the table but other than that everything else was as normal as possible. Nice to get out and have a meal!!

Cook missed part of our order, fries were cold twice, chicken sandwiches were just warm.

I’ve been going to Hooters off & on for 18 yrs. my friends and me always have a great tome & will continue to go back at least twice a month

Crab legs, wings and buffalo shrimp are awesome. Highly recommend.

Food was good, our waitress was nice. Restaurant did good with social distancing, requiring masks and reservations.

Waited an hour for wings that were served cold. Used to love going to Hooters. It's really gone down hill.

I had a really great time and I enjoyed myself profoundly. Dana, who was my server, was outstanding and I hope to see her again upon my guaranteed return.

We was sitting for an hour and a half before we received our food. We was literally the last ones to leave the restaurant and we got there at 8pm. Our waitress was horrible and didn’t communicate with us all.

Great service. Waitress was awesome! Food was great! overall completely Satisfied!

We wish we knew in advance that table seating was by reservation only.

I and all y fiends always get the same great food and wonderful service. We all try our best to have lunch there every Thur. afternoon. It just brightens up our week.

The chicken sandwich was undercooked my kids boneless half of them were fat. And we saw a mouse running around

My fries were cold upon arrival to the table. And they looked like the last crumbs in the fry bag. Wings were okay but they must have discontinued flavors. Drink was good. Waiter was nice, but not very attentive.

We were seated pretty fast. Waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was great!

Me and my sister waitress Cassandra was excellent she made our visit comfortable and she was also very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the food and drink that was offered at this location. We will be back

The food has went down over the years. It doesn't taste the same. My husband and I have traveled to many locations throughout Chicagoland hoping for the original taste but we have not found it yet

Overall my nephew enjoyed his day. We had issues and mix-ups with some of the orders which led us to believe the waitress was less experienced. For future reference larger parties should have the most experienced staff no matter where they sit.

Good was great as always. Excellent buffalo shrimp and crab legs. Server was very friendly. Highly recommend.

Quick lunch, this location however has unusual sauces. My choice was undesirable and the waitress was quick to get me a fresh order.

Waitress was excellent. I’m disappointed to be told your Unreal Wings are no longer available. As a vegetarian my choices are already limited. I had an Impossible burger and it was yummy BUT your Unreal Wings were a fabulous replacement for your regular wings.

Service and the food was great! I would definitely recommend to friends and be back!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a sweet black girl with blonde highlights. She checked our reservations and asked us where we were more comfortable. She made sure we were in a seat where we could watch baseball and was not on a high stool.
Then our waitress, Abbey (I think) was very attentive and got our order perfect. She also recommended getting the blackened rub on the side for my wings. That turned out awesome!
