Waffle station was down. Sat us right infront of the speaker of the live entertainment. Didn’t care to have condiments for Acai bowl station refilled. Plates were marked up and stained. Seemed like there was no bussers so we were stacking our plates on the table. Ultimately came for the crab legs, but overall food was a 3/10. Definitely recommend to pay more at Mauna Lani’s Sunday Brunch.

I wish the food selection was better. The crab and prime rib were good and there was one cooked fish dish that my family enjoyed but the buffet was lacking. The pasta station was not very good and the tempura station was soggy. The desserts were terrible with 2 of the desserts being cornbread. I used to come to this buffet many many years ago and it was amazing. For $75 it was not worth it. Our server Ariel was awesome!

Food was Awesome but not for that price point maybe $55 per adult and $25 for kids 12 and under. Or at least give a Kamaina discount 🫣 Staff and service was awesome ! Big Kudos to them working and serving the food up front 😁

Was my birthday but they only acknowledged the other younger woman's bday....made me feel totally invalid...Yay service team . Food was amazing though...service sucked.

If you're looking for someplace nice, keep looking. If your looking for cruise ship style dinner that is more expensive than better restaurants nearby, this is for you.

Booked a Saturday night reservation and was not aware that it was a buffet of prime rib and crab legs. Not a huge selection and felt exactly like a hotel meal, not fine dining especially given the dinner ended up being a very high fixed price. Definitely need to make customers aware that they can not order off the regular menu.

Location and service was great. Some food was great like crab cake pupu’s and warm spinach salad. But the special of mahi-mahi was dry and overcooked and the braised ribs only so so. So average place with above average prices for the value. Doubt if we would ever go back with all the better options for food in Kona. But - the venue is great over looking the pier, beach activities and the canoe club.
