Great experience but the bass was far too loud, either a blown speaker or next to a night club, either way we had a great dinner other than the loud speaker
We loved it the waiter was excellent thankyou so much!
food was very good and pretty cheap for vegas standards
Very good food and great service. Social distancing and covid precautions in place.
This was a fabulous place, great food and great service. This was the first time we have been there and brought another couple with us. Cannot wait to go back.
Food was very good. When we first got seated there were kids running around and yelling in the area where we were seated. After the meal it seemed like we were forgotten about and nobody came to give us our check for quite some time.
I am quite sure the restaurant was on one of these bad nights but our whole experience was horrendous. Our appetizers came before the wine and they were all overcooked. Then we had to remind our server of our bottle of wine because it was still missing after we were served the appetizers. But this was nothing compared to what came after. I got my entree, which was completely dry and cold, but my husband and our friend had to wait for a good half our before they got theirs. Meanwhile we had two tables on both sides, where the guests were clearly either regulars or friends, who got served with every possible kind of attention an unbelievable number of dishes right in our face, which I found quite disrespectful. After we asked for the two missing entrees multiple times one of the servers candidly admitted that the kitchen was “a mess” and promised he would have done his best to get our missing dishes. They did come at some point but one was decent and the other one was beyond cold. We called the manager and she was nice enough to apologize and have us pay only for the wine and appetizer. Still for a restaurant inside the Palazzo I think an experience of this kind is quite unacceptable. I definitely don’t recommend it.
Not worth it. Not many choices in the menu and the service was not friendly.
I’ve always wanted to try this place & I wasn’t disappointed!
Very good food, very fresh!!!!
Roomy and clean.
Thai ice tea was excellent!
Average food. Average service. No ambiance at all.
Food was great and service was exceptional!
Paltry portions even for entrees. Food was average. Price was not commensurate with the menu choices
I live in Silicon Valley and Chinese food is very popular here. I have a very particular taste that I look for in the cuisine and I believe I got that experience and more here. The food was so fresh and warm. I felt covid-safe because the closest table was over 10 feet away from us and the water was even covered with a plastic wrap. I am so pleased with my experience here.
Staff and food are perfect for a lunch spot and if in the mood for good Chinese food. The food comes out in a timely manner and services is constantly "on" and making sure everything was ok.
We had the fried rice with chicken, pork and shrimp and the sweet and sour chicken as our shared entree. We started with the potstickers and fried wings. Each dish was superb. They used jasmine rice and the wings were topped with crunchy minced garlic and I was in heaven. The restaurant was spotless and extreme detail was given to cleaning and sanitation the entire time that I was there. We will be back.
We have eaten here at least a dozen times and it’s always fantastic
The worst. Not Hong Kong Chinese. Old smelly food. Not fresh at all. Terrible. Some staff care most don’t. Management non existent- don’t waste your time. Prices are way too high.
Awesome place. Staff was great. Food was so delicious and fresh. Definitely will be back very soon. Can’t wait
Too expensive and slow service. The food is ok nothing fancy.
The food was was delish and the service wonderful. We will returning.
We really enjoyed our dinner the duck was amazing this is our second time going here we will be back again.
The only thing we were thinking is the menus are supposed to be one time. My menu had something on it. We seen the lady put the menu put it back with the others.
Food quality was ok but not strip casino level.
Would not go back
We Wanted something different for dinner one night that my wife and I were visiting Las Vegas and my wife came across this little jewel!! The food was absolutely amazing. You can taste the freshness. Staff was attentive and good very good care of us. We went on an evening that it wasn’t super busy so it was quiet. Nice decor as well. Sits right off the casino in the Palazzo at the Venitian but you wouldn’t even know it was there. Prices fair, fresh food and great staff. Would definitely recommend.
The staff is observably young and inexperienced. They all (4-5 employees) hover around the front desk, stare at guests and giggle whispers amongst themselves. Not a great feeling or experience. They seem to lack training.
Have frequent Hong Kong Cafe every time we visit Las Vegas. Excellent Dinner choices. Love the service, and the food is fantastic.
Wowzers! Hands down the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had!! Flavors were on point and definitely a flavor explosion in my mouth! I had the mongollian beef, Kung pao chicken and potstickers. Super yummy
All dishes we ordered were good except the beef stew curry.
Love this place. My go to Chinese food place in Vegas. Food and staff was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem.
The food and service were amazing. We enjoyed conversing with our wait person about China and about feng shui. We will go back again next time we visit Las Vegas.
Extremely rushed understanding it was CES but plenty of open tables. Extremely hard to understand waiter. I get trying to provide a real Chinese experience but not at the risk of not being able to communicate. I wouldn’t go back.
Food is terrible and way over priced
food is toooooooo ok
We went in there for a quick dinner for my son he wanted ‘Chinese rice” I order seafood rice & he ordered chicken fried rice. Had no flavor, was like eating all condiments separate, not even as. Side dish I would recommend this place. As a matter of fact I’m surprised is at the Palazzo- you are better off ordering Uber eat from Pei Wei that is a fast food.. Not worth the expense meal for this restaurant.
Appetizers were really bad too- unless that’s the point of their menu, no flavors!!!
I had looked up ahead of time their menu and decide what to order
Other people read Chinese I don’t
So I had delightful dishes very tasty
A little planning is always good
The food is good, but the prices of each dish is too expensive considering what I got.
Requested the Sweet & Sour Chicken extra spicy and was told by the server to order Kung Pao Chicken if I wanted a spicy dish because SS Chicken isn't supposed to be spicy... Isn't that my choice? The chicken was tough as the Dickens and the breading was mushy as though it was made much before the other orders at our table. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant over Panda Express.
Our order was given to the wrong table. Instead of preparing new food, we were given the same food. I complained and the server told me the food didn't looked touched. How would he know? You can sneeze or cough on food and it would still look the same! I was not happy and he eventually offered to prepare something else but his manner came off as anger towards me for complaining. Considering this, I did not trust I would get clean, fresh food.
At the end of the meal, the sever apologized and took off one of the items from our bill. But it was too late. I still felt annoyed and very disappointment in my dining experience.
Your staff should have apologized to us the moment they realized the food was given to the wrong table and they should have said at that point they would prepare new dishes. They should not wait for me to ask and they NEVER should have given us the same food claiming it was untouched! It was unsanitary and inappropriate!
This was completely unacceptable and such actions should be reported to the Board of Health!
I will never visit your restaurant again.
Service was not really attentive by The Venetian/Palazzo standards. Twice we had to catch eye contact with the waitress who has not checked on our table in a while. Steamed pork dumplings were served and packaged identical to the much less posh restaurant in the food court at The Venetian. Peking duck was good but we'd rather have half of the buns. We felt stuffed with buns while we came for the duck.
There seem to be shortage of service staff as we waited a long time at the table and nobody serve us until I walk to the counter to make my order. The food is excellent while the price is also very high
