Highball & Harvest
Aside from the classic cocktail, a highball is a train conductor’s signal to depart at full speed. It was how Central Florida’s abundant harvests moved from field to table, an iconic symbol of the region’s agricultural might. Highball & Harvest (H&H) pays homage to this legacy, with menus laden with ingredients from local farms, as well as our own green-growing efforts. We pluck fresh produce from our on-site 7,000- square-foot garden at Whisper Creek Farm. Handcrafted cocktails are infused with seasonal fruits and herbs, and create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable.

Pimento burger was so good!
Yummy food, great atmosphere, always the friendliest service.
The service was fantastic, but their outdoor seating area feels cramped and it very noisy with all the families with small kids.
My wife and I like ordering a charcuterie board when on the menu. We were happy we did. The variety of cheese, meats and spreads are wonderful and I highly recommend. She ordered the scallops and I had the fish (grouper? ) and they were perfectly prepared. Cocktails are excellent as well just know they're going to set you back $25 (tip factored in) each. Can't forget to mention hostess and waiter... true pros. I'd definitely return. Thanks H&H!
Excellent food. Excellent service
So good I went back a second time. The food was prepared elegantly, the service outstanding. They have a great list of whiskeys and bourbons to choose from.
I was expecting more, more options on the menu, I ordered shrimp and grits and it was a little salty, but e also ordered the chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. For a southern type of vibe, not a lot of bourbon drinks, I mean overall disappointed.
As always, great food and incredible service. This is my favorite restaurant in Orlando. It never gets old. Can’t wait to go back again.
The food was awful. The only decent thing we ate was the bread....that you had to pay for. Will never go back.
Do not order the beef tartare. It was disgusting. The pork belly was tougher than shoe leather.
The creme brûlée and ice cream sundae were both really good.
Our server was attentive and polite but the food came out really slowly.
I would come here for drinks next time, but not for food.
The food was fantastic and our waiter was especially good. The decor and ambiance were pleasant. All of this made it a great evening.
Always outstanding! That’s why we continue to celebrate our wedding anniversaries at this restaurant
Had great meal for Valentine’s Day. Service was great! Really great recommendations.
This place was excellent! Service was beyond great and the food was very delicious! The ambiance was very subtle and nice! We will definitely be back!
The dinner was delicious! It was difficult to decide what to order as there were so many amazing sounding dishes. We finally selected the "Aged and Cured" charcuterie board, Wagyu Beef Cheek, and Diver Scallops. The sausage on the charcuterie board was very well-seasoned; best I've ever had. The Wagyu Beef Cheek was very tender. This was a first for me and I found it similar to braised oxtail; quite delicious. The scallops were perfectly seared and so tender. They sat on a bed of creamy sweet potato grits and a variety of mushrooms.
We had an early reservation at 6pm and the restaurant was fairly empty. Even so, we had 2 servers attending to us. The atmosphere was very romantic- perfect setting for Valentine's dinner.
Great food and great experience. Will go back again. Our server, Daniel was fantastic.
We will keep coming back for the delicious and varied farm to table offerings as well as exceptional service from Alex! Always enjoy the charcuterie platter with fresh meat and cheese local offerings. The burger is a favorite along with the doughnuts and also enjoyed the lamb pot pie with bone marrow this trip. Our favorite restaurant whenever we are in town visiting, we will be back!
The Nashville Hot wings are amazing. Not spicy at all. The pimento burger was good as well. I would have cut back in the mustard a little but the pickles are also amazing.
The food is unbelievable and the service is great! Highly recommend.
I love this place. We have been coming for years. The menu is a little smaller because of covid but everything is wonderful. I love the H&H burger. The Parker rolls are worth every bite! This is a great spot anytime! Definitely Check it out!
Thoroughly enjoy H we are Grande Lakes members and she has learned our names, our preferences and does a wonderful job taking care of us!
The was a very nice and quiet restaurant that was used for a chill date night. Service was quick and food was rich and delicious. Beef cheeks fell apart and barley had to chew. We love the green fried tomatoes it was simply amazing. Crunchy, acid, sweet from the corn and crab butter added more savory. It was a best appetizer we've ever ordered. The have a bar and the drinks were amazing. VERY different and robust to the pallet we are use to. These are well crafted cocktails. Definitely recommend especially if you are staying at the Ritz.
Great cocktails. Service was wonderful!
We decided to arrive early for our 8PM dinner reservation so we could have a drink at the bar. The Hostess was not friendly and would not let us sit at open tables in the bar area...saying that they were reserved. No one sat at these table for the next 2 hours. It took us 15 minutes to get a bartender to take our drink order even though the bar was not busy. Hostess made us take our drinks back out to the lobby area. After our wait for our drinks, there were no chairs available in the lobby area (still plenty of open chairs and tables available in the bar area. When we got seated at our table for dinner, it was impossible to read the menu since the print was so washed out and the lighting was awful. We had to ask the waiter to tell us what was on the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine. After 20 minutes we were informed that the wine we chose was not available so they substituted a wine from the same region. I order the $57 ribeye and asked for it to be prepared medium rare. It was prepared medium well. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. Our overall experience and the quality of food was not acceptable and surprising for a Ritz Carlson property.
Fantastic appetizers. Had the bread, brussels, fried green tomatoes and both style chicken wings and all were fabulous. Almost wasn't hungry enough for dinner. Great bourbon selection as well, although the top tier bourbon pricing was pretty expensive.
Birthday celebration!! The food and service were amazing!
Right next to perfection! My wife and I have had the opportunity to eat at some incredibly exceptional restaurants. We decided that this tied for top spot with Troquet in Boston! I had the Wagyu Beef Cheek and it was incredibly tender and moist and the taste was incredible, as Wagyu should be! Cooked perfectly, as was the GIANT pork belly I had as an appetizer. That really spoiled me. I've had great pork belly before but this was on a different planet! HUGE and perfectly cooked.
My wife had Scallops, with sweet potato grits and Steak Tartare. Everything was cooked perfectly, the grits were sweet but not overly so, and again the tartare was seasoned and tasted delicious! We shared a creme brulee that seemed better than most. Very smooth, creamy, and a perfect way to top off this incredible meal! Thank you Highball and Harvest! We will be back.
Just as you would expect at a Ritz Carlton the price point leans high here. My vegetarian entree (creative with exceptional mushrooms) was $26. My husband's spicy chicken sandwich (very tasty) with fries (nothing special) was $19. Glasses of wine from the 'cask' were priced a little high here as well, but that wasn't a shocker. Again, what I expect at the R/C. However, what I didn't expect was a live band playing (nice) so loudly that I had to shout across the table to have a conversation with my husband (not nice). And the lighting was so dim that I couldn't read the menu without borrowing my husband's phone. However, service was great! Our waiter made us feel very comfortable. (Note: this has the current hipster vibe happening, farm-to-table menu, waiters in jeans)
