Aside from the classic cocktail, a highball is a train conductor’s signal to depart at full speed. It was how Central Florida’s abundant harvests moved from field to table, an iconic symbol of the region’s agricultural might. Highball & Harvest (H&H) pays homage to this legacy, with menus laden with ingredients from local farms, as well as our own green-growing efforts. We pluck fresh produce from our on-site 7,000- square-foot garden at Whisper Creek Farm. Handcrafted cocktails are infused with seasonal fruits and herbs, and create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable.

Had a birthday in the party. It was not recognized. Special triple dipped fried chicken was overdone and therefore dry and poor. Seasonal Mac n cheese very bland, not good.
Highlights were the Brussels sprouts and the “aged n cured”.
Service very average...at best.

We’re staying in Orlando and I was trying to find a good non-chain restaurant, boy did I find it! The food was excellent and the portions were definitely southern (when you order boar (pork) tenderloin, you get the whole tenderloin. My husband had the trout and it was equally delicious. The charcuterie board was great too, the honeycomb was a great touch. Our waitress was great, she was well informed on the food and gave us great suggestions. I may have to come back to Orlando just to eat there again.

The food and service were so good that it’s hard to complain about being seated between two groups with small children on our anniversary (to be fair our son was with us so the party of three might have been confusing😊). Delicious!!!

Disappointed in the service considering what we paid. I live in Orlando and brought my husband here for his birthday. The hostess was aware but it may not have been communicated to the server. The table next to us was celebrating an anniversary and seemed to have a much different and more pleasant experience with their server. His birthday was not acknowledged at all and our server seemed very rushed. Love the food but will go elsewhere for special occasions.

Food and service were excellent. The lighting was horrible!
The booth was uncomfortable. Both of these really surprised me as it really wasn’t up to my usual Ritz standards!

Would not recommend. Very average Ritz restaurant. While the staff were friendly, the food ok, $100 for 3 breakfasts with no drinks, really?! Restaurant very loud, uncomfortable seating and ambiance/design like walking into a chain restaurant.

We had a wonderful time! It was our 27th anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it memorable. The knowledge of the menu, both food and beverages was helpful as this was our first time dining there. The portions are NOT small! So if you plan on having desert pace yourself!
The honeycomb is a wonderful combination with the prosciutto and I would go back just for appetizers and wine to enjoy that!
Our entrees were the pork chop and venison. Both cooked to perfection. The presentation and ambience were added bonuses to a wonderful night!

I was very disappointed by my dinner experience. The restaurant was loud and had uncomfortable seating. I ordered the chicken & waffles at a high price - the chicken was too spicy, I didn’t want the corn relish and was not given any substitute, the waffle was tiny and mediocre. The waitress asked me if I need anything 100 times which made me feel rushed. I ordered hot tea at the end and the water was like warm which didn’t even allow for the tea to color it. A very pricey dinner for eh environment, mediocre food, and rushed service.

The food was good, however I would've like to see a but more selection. It seemed most dishes were fish/seafood with one chicken option (fried) and one steak option (flank). The flank steak was great, and so were the sweet potatoes with "fluff"! The other sides were family style, but I was disappointed in the size, they were really only shareable for 2 people.

I want to special place to go out for dinner while I was in Orlando. This restaurant was not too far from where I stayed and had high ratings. It was fantastic. The food is delicious and very inventive. The chef uses local ingredients and features them beautifully and wisely. I particularly enjoyed my red fish. I have never had that before. The cocktails were unique and thoughtful, used natural ingredients in new ways.

We never tire of eating here. We get the Bad Hunter (seasonal vegan fish) and really appreciate the chef providing this offering. Just wish it was a bigger portion. The service is always 5 stars. Our server was Lenny who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend the Chocolate Pecan Pie. Rose, the hostess, was so friendly and welcoming. The staff here are trained extremely well; better than some Michelin rated restaurants. Keep up the great work!! We’ll be back 😊

Our waiter was amazing.... he over heard me saying I love the kale salad but wasn’t ordering it cause I was ordering something else so he came out with a small portion on the house. Then when he realized we were celebrating our wedding he had Champagne and dessert on the house for us. The food is amazing!!!! Melts in your mouth.

Nice find thru open table. Did not realize that it was locally sourced until we spoke to our excellent server, Angelique, who very enthusiastically explained all to us. We had a regular menu item and a special- very very tasty.. Enjoyed the diverse wine list by the glass. Yes it may be a bit pricey but we enjoyed and liked the atmosphere. In fact we even visited the "farm" & gardens by the 6th hole when playing golf.

We tried highball and harvest after reading outstanding reviews. It lived up to the review so much so that we went back the following night. I had the skirt steak and sweet potatoes and they were positively yummy, my husband had the pork chop and he loved it so much he asked for the seasoning recipe. The oysters were fantastic. Loved loved loved our meal and our waiter Mario was excellent, very attentive, outstanding service. We will go again the next time we are in Orlando for sure.

Absolutely beautiful meal!! The meat and cheese board was delicious. Entrees were amazing and the chocolate orange bread pudding was the stuff dreams are made of. Best meal in Orlando.

We dined at Highball shrimp and grits; and many appetizers. Don't miss the pickles or the charcuterie plate and the rolls. Terrific service in a very well-run dining room.

(Note: we dined at Highball & Harvest multiple times during two visits to Orlando several years ago. I wrote 5-star reviews of the restaurant then and am happy to say that it's maintained a high level of quality in every respect.)

I can't believe we have not been here before! It was a terrific evening! Our server Alex was incredible! Very polite and really knew his stuff!! The signature cocktail list looked awesome so we tried the Last Wish. If you like a good whiskey drink-this is a must!! We started with the meat and cheese tray which I highly recommend. My husband had the fried chicken and I had the shrimp and grits. Both tasted amazing but I was surprised by the small size of both the shrimp and the chicken pieces. The tastes were fantastic though. Overall, this was a great date-night location and we will definitely be back! Ask for Alex!!

We had an outstanding meal and outstanding service from Angelica. My husband had a Doc Holliday signature cocktail, I had a glass of Chateau Tassin Cabernet Blend. We ordered the charcuterie platter, which was excellent, with the homemade jam and pickled veggies. Because the charcuterie was so abundant, we split the Triple Dipped Fried Chicken and added the Fried Oka/Tasso Aioli/Poached Egg. It was absolutely one of the best fried chicken recipes I have had, and the okra was perfectly matched with the aioli. At the end of the meal, Angelica treated me to a glass of French Bordeaux from their wine room. The sommelier opened the bottle at the table and poured me a wonderful glass. What a treat!!!! We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Angelica who did a superb job.

Ordered Florida snapper. Fish was all dried out and tasted like chalk powder. Replaced with a burger which was ok. Duck breast was ok but a little bit chewy. Server was very good but the food was nothing like what he described. Disappointed. Expected a better meal in a Ritz Carlton resort.

This was our first time at the restaurant and we loved it!! Angela, our server, was awesome and the food was phenomenal!! We had a couple of special requests and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend coming for a visit!
