We eat at High Steaks quite often, it is great to have such a nice steakhouse close to Lincoln that is consistently excellent and we typically get the filet mignon with different appetizers and sides.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, from the hostess seating us, the server getting us our drinks and bread, our waitress, and the servers bringing out our food. We always have such a fantastic experience dining here. They are also very accommodating towards my husbands food allergies!

First time trying. You have to walk through the smoke-filled casino to the restaurant. The food was average, not top notch. Table was fine, not much privacy. Service was OK. Would not do again.

This was our first experience at High Steaks. We were there for my wife’s birthday. We were not disappointed! The ambiance is nice, it looks and feels like a high end steak house. Our waiter greeted us in a very timely fashion and was very friendly and personable. Although the cocktails took a little time (always seems to nowadays no matter the venue) the rest of our meal came at a great pace. Once we got them the cocktails were great. The bread basket is a good variety. Salads were fresh and plentiful. I had the wedge and I swear it was an entire head of iceberg cut into quarters, shared it with a friend. It was yummy with great bleu cheese dressing. My wife and I both had the 8 oz filet, our friend had the prime rib and his wife had the scallops. Everyone was very pleased with their entree course. We also shared whipped potatoes, asparagus and a baked potato plenty big enough to share. Overall it was a great meal with great service! Our waiter gave us two pomegranate crème brûlée’s and he and another waiter sang happy birthday to my wife in Italian. We were there on a Tuesday night and it was as busy. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

We were sat at a table in the bar area. Which for our anniversary dinner felt a little less special. Our food came out very fast appetizers and meal almost at the same time. So by the time we finished our appetizer the food was starting to cool off. We’re felt very rushed and it wasn’t even that busy.

They try to sell this place as a high end dining experience and the only thing that is high end is the prices. Everything was underseasoned. The restaurant smells like cigarette smoke.

My wife and I shared a terrific prawn cocktail, the gambler's salad to start. We split the prime rib which was done perfectly, mushroom side dish and a baked potato. The martinis were great and the service was very good. Jenkins is a wonderful host! We highly recommend and will certainly be going back to this restaurant in the near future.

Great place, we were here on a concert night and they were absolutely slammed. We told our server that we were on a tight time window, and they made it happen. Well managed, great staff, and very good food. Highly recommend

Always great food and service and High Steaks. We love this place and come every couple months. There has however been an unwelcome change (IMO) to the New York steak. It is now a bone-in that isn't nearly as good as the old boneless strip they used to serve.

We make dinner reservations here each time we go to a concert at The Venue. You need to book way in advance for the 5-7p dinner times. The food is surprisingly good, especially the steaks, for a place located in a casino. We’ve never been disappointed with what we’ve ordered and the servers are very attentive. Highly recommend.

This is an okay place if you are using "Play Money" otherwise the juice is not worth the squeeze. The staff is welcoming, attentive and the seating okay but not really special, The Food is tasty but not really special, The Grilled asparagus showed no signs of being grilled and was a bit like chewing on a thick twig
