    My husband and I went for our 21st wedding anniversary. They made it special Starting with rose petals on our table and finishing off with a cheesecake slice on the house. The food was delicious, atmosphere fantastic and they didn’t rush us in anyway. Thank you we’ll be back soon.

    Dinner was excellent as always! Hemenway’s has always my wife and my go to restaurant! The good, the service and the ambiance were all terrific! We will definitely be back soon.

    Our lunch provided a perfect setting and experience for a long overdue catch up with a college classmate. Menu was thoughtful, featuring great takes on New England seafood specialties. Our power lunch finished with a to-go cookie—still warm and a just right nitro cold brew iced coffee. Service was warm and attentive.

    We went to celebrate our anniversary and my husband's birthday and had an outstanding meal. The oysters were so delicious and could not have been fresher! The entire meal was memorable, we were not rushed, and our waitress was outstanding. Thank you so much.

    We had a reservation for 5pm. However, we were seated next to the bar where patrons were hovering over our table and talking loudly. So annoying. Waitress kept forgetting our requests and took a half hour to give my check as requested. The seafood was fresh and hot. Waitress had sarcastic humor when replying to our needs.
